Review 1：My friend was assulted we called the police because the staff andsecurity did nothing!!!!

Review 2：We had to call the police. My guest was assulted by a man stayingthere as well and the chattanoogan and it's security didnothing!!!!!! It was the worst hotel stay I have ever had!! Veryunsafe for single women .

Review 3：Paying for parking. Ice Machine on our floor broken the whole time we were there. Had to go to other floor. Maid service did not take old glass ware or replace with new. Did not replace coffee. Phone was dead the morning of check-out (which was the day AFTER the notice said it would be. When we left there was no-one at the desk to notify.) TVs were small for size of room.

Review 4：Lobby area was nice. There were options for eating and drinking in the hotel. Pool, spa, exercise area was quite nice.

Review 5：Very cordial and personalized treatment. They greet me warmly and offer extra help at every turn. It's why I keep coming back at least once - sometimes more - every year.

Review 6：We booked last minute and the desk clerk originally gave us a less desirable room. We did discuss this with her and she moved us and apologized. The bed pillows are ridiculously uncomfortable and no one slept well.

Review 14：I was told that my room had a view. It was not true and then we were moved and that room and it still did not have a view. I was also told that the double room two people can sleep comfortable in one bed. That was not the case. Told them it was our anniversary and that was all they had.

Review 23：The beds are only full size. I don't know the last time I stayed in a hotel, especially one at this price point that didn't have at least queen size beds. Also, on the weekends when it seems vacationers would enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the bistro/ bakery it was closed. I was very disappointed by these things. One thing that bothered me was when I went to get a tissue out of the box, it was not a box of untouched tissues but a handful of tissues that someone had stuffed into the box. I assumed they may have been clean but I didn't want to use them.

Review 24：The hotel was beautiful . I loved the rockers in the lobby which say welcome to Tennessee. The staff was great and one of the front desk staff went the extra mile to try and help my husband with a camera problem. They all smiled and staff would be the reason I would return.

Review 25：The size of the pool was pretty small and there were tons of kids inthere. No fault of the hotel, but many of the rowdy kids were unattendedby a parent or adult.

Review 31：Loud road outside room and for what we spent for the room we were expecting a more luxurious accommodation. Also was not expecting to pay for parking when room was so high. The TV service was awful and very slow. The billing process is ridiculous and having a hold placed on account is unnecessary. Especially when we stayed 1 night and checked out at 6:30am the next morning.

Review 38：You could hear everything through the walls and doors down to the room beside us bathtub filling up, To the maid cart going back and forth it's was very frustrating, to come without two small children only not to enjoy peace and sleep in but to be awaken by the constant noise. Also SKIP the food at the bar and and broad street grille located in the hotel both have terrible service and food is far from good . We had one thing that was decent BBQ nachos . Believe it or not and if you don't order top shelf liquors for the up-charge you will be very disappointed.

Review 40：I do not like that breakfast was not included, not even continental breakfast. They were also doing construction but it was not stated on the website. The pool was small with no steps to step down into the pool. There was only two ladders. The jacuzzi jets were weak.

Review 42：The room was absolutely nothing out of the ordinary from a mid-grade hotel. And the fact that I paid double what I would've for a mid-grade hotel that was upsetting. The other BIG issue was the fact that on the room request it was asking what my priority was for the stay, I selected QUIET. We were celebrating our 17th wedding anniversary. The room next to us was a family with at least three little children. There was absolutely NO privacy. We could hear every single thing they were saying and doing, which made our stay a little uncomfortable since we were finally WITHOUT our kids to celebrate our anniversary!!!!!!! There was no sound barrier at all.

Access to the hotel by car was easy and we could explore Chattanooga on foot from there on in. Staff, hotel rooms and facilities were just what we expected.
