Review 1：Advertised a restaurant on site. Went to book for the evening meal and told BOTH chefs were on holidays - our visit was in the middle of the holidays with people travelling everywhere, how silly is that, NO staff in a peak period FURTHER we were advised the local pub served dinner and was 200-300 hundred metres away - it was closer to a kilometer and we got DRENCHED walking back to your motel. Would have taken the car had we been given the right advise - now that's not a hard one to get right, the guy clearly didn't know where the local hotel was so told us what he thought was good enough. TRAIN YOUR STAFF to provide the right advice to interstate travellers Breakfast was served 30 minutes after the ordered time - arrived with no yogurt - they had run out - really !! who would run out of yogurt when ordered on a breakfast form !! The tray arrived with one set of cutlery not two !! AND if you want to know more, the couple next door were told there was NO breakfast available so went without !! You clearly need someone to advise you how to run a decent business as your clients were sure unhappy - no dining room open and a slap dash attitude to breakfast I NEVER complain and don't expect the earth when travelling, we are basic people but do expect some level of service when paying $140 for a bed.

Review 3：It was right next too motor museum . It was out of town little way so no noice and it was very relaxing place to stay . We will be useing this motel from now on when staying at shepparton

Review 6：There has been a huge increase in price and the last time I was slugged $20. for booking online. (we were not informed that this would be the case). Although the new owners are polite, the quality is still the same but the $s have increased. It's the small things like I have mentioned on 2 stays that there was no plug for the hand basin, the tissues run out. Women in particular like to cleanse there face at night. Booked somewhere else for Christmas visit.

Review 7：We have been using this Motel for years with the previous owner and found it was a great price for what it was as it was convenient when visiting family.

Review 8：The location was lovely, adjoining a huge (several hectares)complex of beautifully kept gardens with mini-golf, a plant nursery, antiques and other facilites. We walked from our room on winding paths, across a lake on lovely foot bridges to a fabulous cafe inside a full-sized dutch windmill where we had a delicious breakfast.

Review 9：We liked . . . the location of Paradise Lakes Motel, the very friendly and helpful lass at reception. Our room overlooked the lake (as does all the rooms) with its entertaining bird-life. Our queen room was lovely and quiet, was very clean and all the facilities were great. The free wi-fi was a bonus. We would definitely recommend Paradise Lakes Motel to others for a stay in Shepparton and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Review 10：My friend and I, both female seniors were in Shepparton volunteering for a weeks work with a sporting organisation. Linda and her husband were excellent hosts and could not have been more charming going out of their way above and beyond the normal with nothing to much trouble and always with a smile. An much added benefit when you are on the go. Our nights were peaceful, plenty of room inside and out, the view, the lake the ducks made it all the more charming. Nothing not to like.

Review 21：My wife had a Medical emergency, when I called front desk for anambulance. Front desk went into a 3 minute monologue about how they werenot responsible for costs. I had to go to the front desk in order to geta call for medical assistance. My wife was in emergency for severalhours. This delay to call for medical assistance is totallyunacceptable. On a general note the outdoor spa is normally turned off-it will be 2 hours to get it heated for you. Why advertise the spa whenit is routinely not available? Book here at your own risk!
