Review 1：The shuttle was so convienent! It takes you any place you want within 4 miles. I went to the game and the grocery store. Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom.

Review 3：There is wifi in the room. There is a shuttle to drive you to and pick you from any places within 3 miles. There is 24 hour reception.

Review 4：Location was 3 minutes from rehab facility where relative was staying. And that was near to whole foods and the mad hatter coffee shop. Hotel facilities clean, uncluttered, well kept, 24/7 fresh coffee.

Review 9：The rooms are so big you had to sit in the recliner to see the small TV. They should take some of the big living area and make the bathroom bigger. I am an average size person and the shower curtain literally stuck to me in the shower because the space was too small, thank God it was washable fabric. No vent fan in the shower so the humidity was making the paint peel. Parking is horrible. If you have a large SUV forget it. It is the one thing keeping me from booking here again.

Review 10：The rooms are very big, like a loft apartment. Toilet and tub room separate from the sink which is nice.

Review 11：I had a long gray hair on my towel that ended up on my body while I was drying off. Also foot prints on my headboard as well as other stains. i run an Inn and was only in town for Blue Devil Days at Duke with my brother and it was horrendous. staff was friendlish but the cleaning was scary

Review 36：I did not think the staff was very friendly or helpful. I also found out that the driver of the shuttle did not have a drivers license. We found this out when we called to get a pick-up. That the driver had been in an altercation and we would have to wait a little while, after 40 minutes we called back and were told that the driver would not be picking us up and that a second driver would pick us up in his personal car. It was a conversation in the second car that revealed that the other driver, who we had 3 months past, did not have a valid drivers license. I also did not like the lack of variety of the breakfast.

Review 37：I liked the location and the shuttle to the location I needed to go to. I also liked having the car parked close to the building.

Review 38：The temperature in the room was impossible to control. It was hot in the room even though the temp outside was in the 20s. The housekeeping staff yelled down the halls. The tv was antiquated and fuzzy. I would have been happy with the accommodations at 59 but at over 100.00 it was very disappointing.

Review 40：There should have been strips on bathroom tub to prevent slippage and orgrab bars. Tub was very slippery. Fortunately, my husband was not stillon a walker or tub-toilet area would have been difficult to traverse.Lobby does not make a great first impression - mostly the floor. Freebreakfast not impressive.

Review 41：We liked the open, large, light and airy room. The heater/airconditioner worked quietly and efficiently. The pillows and mattresswere very comofortable. The light colored decor made one feel upbeat andwelcome. Coffee in room was excellent.

Review 42：I have stayed at the Durham University Inn for 4 or 5 years. I first chose it because it is close to the Duke Medicine Clinic. I liked it so much that each time I need to attend the Clinic, I stay at the Inn. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
