Review 1：The wifi was slow. No worse than any other motel, they just all have underpowered wifi

Review 5：The motel has microwave, fridge and hairdryer. It's comfortable, clean and the heater works great. Other places I stayed at in Oregon on this trip didn't have a decent, working heater and it was in the 20's at night. The street noise is pretty minimal, even though you are in the city center. The motel is an updated ranch style from the 50's, it has a quiet charm. Easy to load stuff in and out of your room. The bed was just right and there was even a down comforter to kept warm. It is very clean and it is a great value for the money. I paid more money for poorer quality hotels on this trip, I definitely would stay here again.
Review 6：The room smelled like dirty socks, the carpet had multiple stains, and the room was run down. I also left behind my phone charger, which was not "found". Bad area too, with dangerous people and poorly lit areas.

Review 21：Neither of us were feeling well, and we both thought soup sounded good. The young woman at the front desk knew right where to send us, and gave us directions there. It was a wonderful, local establishment with wonderful homemade breads and soups which was exactly what we needed.
Review 22：The windows in the bathroom were peep-holes for any pervert in the back rooms to look through (they were "boarded up" with just enough room to look through - try shining a flashlight through the crack to see the storage space and other rooms). It was the bare minimum on every front: tiny slices of soap, thin/tiny towels and a mini version of an air conditioner.

Review 33：Room reeked of cigarette smoke; when we arrived at 6pm, there was a repairman that wanted to test the smoke alarm - I don't know why he couldn't have done that when the room wasn't occupied - he came back an hour later, when we just wanted to relax; the shower drain didn't drain so the desk attendant brought Drano; there was construction on the road outside so it wasn't particularly quiet (though they stopped late at night, so then it was just the highway traffic noise).

Review 35：The front desk staff was accommodating . we came around 9pm but because of constructions adjacent to the area it makes loud noise , so we requested if possible to have a room that is away from the constructions and the staff provided us a room without hesitant,. we slept good that night and the bed are comfortable the room is clean.

Review 38：You could read the newspaper through the towels, they were so thin, and only two were provided even though we registered as three adults. Very, very noisy room. This hotel's room exit right onto the parking lot and it is located on a very busy street. We dealt with traffic and construction noise all night. The breakfast was a joke. Green bananas, bitter coffee with only powdered creamer offered, and pastries in cellophane, all set out in a dingy, poorly lighted room. Misleading to call this "breakfast."

Review 40：The room are partially renovated, mostly in the bathroom area. The breakfast is just enough to put something in your stomach before you head out to find another breakfast (pre-packaged pastries and coffee). There is a lot of nighttime activity that happens in the parking lot, nothing illegal (that we could tell), just activity. Getting to the place can be creative with the one-way streets.
Review 41：The location was fantastic, we could walk almost anywhere we needed to in downtown Eugene from here. The people at the reception were always friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was a decent size. The manager let us leave our car until 2p so that we could walk around town instead of driving everywhere.

I guess I am used to my plush pillow tot at home and could have used a little softer after an 8 hour drive. Breakfast is either a Danish, bagel or oatmeal and a banana. A hardboiled egg would have been a nice touch. Coffee and wifi were good. Well worth the price.

I have stayed at other motels in Eugene for the same price that offered a lot more (waffles, cereal, fresh Danish and muffins.) Also blanket on bed didn't really fit bed seemed like queen on king.
