Review 5：The room was completely disgusting. There were chip bags, plastic cups, and beer bottle tops -just to name a few- under the beds and television stand. The room was cleaned very poorly, if at all. I was forced to make a late night trip to Walmart for a clean blanket and pillow so I was comfortable enough to rest. I notified the front desk and was only ordered a $20.00 refund, which I never recovered on my credit card.

Review 6：They were understaffed, they never got a mini fridge and microwave for our room like it was suppose to have, the room was barely cleaned, the pool was gross and questionable (hope the chemicals killed everything else!) and there were shady people roaming around the parking lots every evening! We paid $200 for 2.5 days and that was way too much! Do not stay here!

Review 8：I would not say it was a bad experience exactly. For the price, I felt it was a bit high. It does need a little upgrading, some loving care, such as a wall that had a hole from the door handle, I have had cheaper hotels with better mattresses, may need a little updating there.

Review 20：I have a story with a happy ending. We stayed 2 nights. The first night was NOT happy. The room had nothing in it, and it was way over-priced. We complained to the manager the next day, and she discovered that we had been given an unfinished room. She gave us the VIP suite the next night at no extra charge. She is a wonderful person and a great manager, and the staff is excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Review 25：The location was on the I-93 but the hotel was behind restaurants and a gas station and it was difficult to find driveway to get there. The breakfast was barely adequate and one morning had cold coffee. Bathroom toilet not cleaned under the rim, had fungus from several days growth.

Room wasn't very clean , bathroom floor was sticky, container for putting ice in still had water in it from the last people who stayed there. There was a truck out in the parking lot with a big hole in the windsheild and a rock to fit the hole on the ground beside it. No sense of security.

Ceiling light cover was hanging from the box, hallway carpets were stained, hot tub has mold and the jets were not operational exit doors would not close and all were being propped open. When we checked out we told the desk about everything amd they were surprised because they just completed a total renovation! We will not be back

Review 69：Check-in desk staff were extremely slow and unprofessional. I booked a king suite and was booked into a queen suite. When I asked about this at front desk, they immediately switched me to the correct room with no apologies or explanation for this action. The queen suite was also filthy. The grounds are unkempt and dirty with cigarette butts and garbage. Last time at this place.

Review 70：Upon registration, no pass key were given. Upon arrival to our room, door was wide open. Wasn't sure if it was already rented. After clarification, found bathroom still had dirty towels.

Amenities were bare bones: plastic cups, tiny coffee maker, microwave with a loose power cord that wouldn't stay seated in the socket on the wall... I couldn't help but think we could've stayed elsewhere for less and been less distracted by the disrepair surrounding us.

Review 73：My room was next to an entrance door that wasn't closing properly, so every time someone used the door it would bang loudly. Fortunately, the door wasn't used much after about 1:00 am. Being on the ground floor, I could hear the people above me walking around. I think they must have had young children because I could hear them running now and then. I went to check out the indoor pool, but never could find a working door to get in during operating hours. One door was chained closed and the other was either stuck or locked. The hallways were dingy and dark. The room furnishings were old and worn. One night, my key card quit functioning so I had to go to the desk to get a new one. The person at the desk was unapologetic and just shrugged with a "stuff happens" attitude. This is the same clerk who checked me in, and wrote the wifi password on a card, which included the number "1" that looked like a "2". After it not working with numerous tries, I went back down to the desk where he told me the password. When I mentioned that his ones looked like twos, he said: "No they don't." again with no apology for my troubles. All in all, I've stayed in worse, and because I was there because of proximity to Glacier NP, I didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel.

Review 74：Luke warm shower, had the dial at Hot and thought it would get warmer but didn't.The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke, all the time. But I had a non smoking room which was good as I was worried there for a bit.

Review 85：Where do I begin. There was drunks wondering the halls at all hours of the night. Leaving behind their beer bottles in the hallway and outside on the side walk. At one point there was shirtless drunk man holding himself up against the wall. Not to mention the jar of jelly that someone had broken and tracked all over the hotel. I can imagine someone coming back from the pool and stepping on the broken glass. The hotel room itself smelt like old corn chips and stale smoke. But I have to say the icing on the cake was when I walked into the bathroom around midnight and I almost fell on my face because the floor was flooded and water was dripping from the sealing.
