Review 30：Two injuries on the first day!! Bed corners have VERY sharp exposed corners and there is a very hazardous tiny step down into the on-suite that almost guarantees stubbed toes during a night visit to the toilet. Water pressure for the toilet'dusche' was zero making it completely useless. No English TV or news channels. At breakfast, 2 TVs blare away and nobody is watching... if you are unlucky enough to sit near one it can be very annoying as some rubbish blares away throughout breakfast

Review 34：Selected hotel for the pool... but they charged for use of the swimming pool and gym in the hotel when we were guests there. I would not stay here again as a party of 5 being charged 50 thb per person to swim each time means there are better places to stay and go out of the hotel for swimming.

Review 48：We booked this hotel partly because it has a small pool on the roof.When we checked in were advised that the pool was not in use. A bigdisappointment. All else was fine until the next morning when there wasno water to shower or use the facilities. We were assured that waterwould be available in the next 2 hours so we went out and looked aroundalready delaying our planned departure. When we returned there was nocold water and the hot water scolding to the extent that it really couldnot be used. I complained only to be met with it being some kind of ajoke by housekeeping and reception. After a lot of discussion we weregiven another room to shower etc. before we left. Stay here at your ownrisk in being greatly disappointed.
Review 49：This hotel was probably the most spotless and clean that I have stayedin for a long time… but there again it is only six months old. Howevermaintenance issues are already beginning to show. Location was verygood. Reception staff on arrival excellent.
