Review 1：The included breakfast could be a bit better but this property it a real value. The outside doesn't look like much but the rooms are just right.

Review 2：Location is fantastic and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are CLEAN and since this is located in a residential area of Bishop it is quiet. Staff is friendly and efficient.

Review 3：The carpet was stained and smelled like urine. The walls are peeling in places. Can see where they were patched in other places. Lots of glue where they added soap holder in shower.

Review 4：Did not like the location of the property. EXPENSIVE PRICE for the location, poor amenities, no WiFi network, awful front desk help on local information. Congested and unwelcome entry and exit driveways to/from the property

Review 6：The owners were most helpful to us when we had a car problem, and even offered to keep our room for us, tho they were full the next day, if we needed it. Luckily we didn't. Sheer drapes, a rarity, as well as properly positioned blackout curtains allowed us to enjoy the room in privacy during daylight, and to sleep well at night. All facilities were clean and lovely. The decor restful and pleasing.

Review 7：Corner room, not well lightened, did not feel very safe / comfortable. Room was very old, looked very depreciated. Some things in the room were broken Room was not very clean. = we tried to spend as much time as possible outside, in the town. Relatively high price.

Review 8：It was very hard to locate, luckily we had a garmin and an address so we finally found it, not on the main road. Also, parking was very limited had to park out on street.

Review 17：Room 115 was definitely a deception. The hot and cold water from the shower was inverted. Someone apparently forced entry to the apartment and the lock of the door was broken. The safe lock was missing. The walls and sink had lots of dirty and broken pieces.

The continental breakfast was in the small office so there was no place to sit other than in your own room. They offered nothing but sugared cereals, and orange juice. You couldn't park near your room.

Review 19：The woman at the front desk. She looked like she was doing her best under the circumstances...whatever she has to deal with. The beds and room were clean and comfortable.

Both rooms booked had an unpleasant smell and had broken items - the alcotrave had come away in one room and was just left with nails sticking out. Do not recommend. Breakfast was laughable!!! Also very expensive for what you get.

Review 23：The hotel was located in Bishop which was a good place for an overnight stop when travelling from Vegas across Death Valley on our way to Yosemite and then onto to the west coast.

Review 24：1. Expensive for what it was. 2. The small room fridge & microwave were at floor level in the bottom of a small cupboard in the middle of the bedroom. 3. Wi-Fi difficult to connect to for my wife. Would not accept my computer. 4. Breakfast (included) was a joke - everything there, but expected to eat it standing up in a 6ft X 6ft cramped office.

Review 32：The carpet needs replacement, it is very stained and smelly. It's not a no smoking room. I could smell smoke. Linoleum is so much cleaner. Motel 6 went to a handsome linoleum and it's so clean! The place needs a complete remodel. Internet finally worked when they gave me the house one, but it's set so that the videos won't play on Facebook, so it's minimal. Parking is cramped too. Everyone there was courteous, so it worked.

Review 33：This appears to be a family motel. A sweet girl waited on me and I couldn't help but enjoy and like her.

Review 36：Great price for Bishop. This is an older motel but is well kept. It is about a block off Main Street but there is a big sign on Main Street with an arrow pointing the way. Manager (owner?) was very nice. Had a small microwave and fridge as well as a coffee maker. Left before breakfast so can't comment on it. Would stay again.

Review 46：Ten o'clock a couple of people started drinking in the room next me keeping me up with their loud talking. After finally getting to sleep around 11 I woke about 3 in the morning and my room smelt like somebody had been smoking cigarettes in there. All the rooms are listed as non-smoking.

Review 59：After the first day we never received cups or drinking glasses. Carpet was vacuumed once in 6 days. Sheets never changed. Failed to replace towels on several occasions. Sometimes no soap or shampoo. Failed to empty waste basket on one day. Did not mop bathroom floor most days or clean toilet except twice. Did not dust some items. Phone did not work as well as drain on sink. We had to call for repairs, and then our request was forgotten until reminded. This facility is run by a family (very nice) but they did not run the motel in a professional way. Paint and wall boards were obviously done by amateurs. We couldn't believe the work done in the past. The carpet needed repairs as it was torn and the threads were sticking up. In general, it was not a clean facility, and we will not return. We told the owners this. Also, they have a sign up saying they are AAA approved. I wonder where they got the sign? Additionally, the refrigerator and microwave are in a cabinet at floor level. These were difficult to see and use. A microwave on the floor!!?? Coffee maker was in bad repair. We had to ask for another. I suggest you remove this Motel from your list. R. Williams

I saw the sign down there when I was Leaving!!!! next day. Also wild French Visitors up 'til 2:30 am playing cards with their units door wide open --- I had my window open as it was still 80+ degrees w/no air conditioning and was woken from a dead sleep at Midnite with their noise!
