Review 13：A relatively cheap option (other hotels were either fully booked or were charging outrageous rates) for the night I did not have accommodation booked in Cuiaba in the lead up to the Australia-Chile World Cup game. Centrally located for the historic centre and buses to all parts of the city.
Review 14：The staff were so unhelpful, there was one gent who didn't speak a word of English or Spanish, but he tried to help. The rest were rude, unhelpful and couldn't even raise a smile, nigh have been due to them being busy, but lots of guests means good takings right? Even when I needed to make a quick phone call locally they charged me. We paid $200 for a standard room.
Review 15：Location was great for us as we just attended the first World Cup game at the arena pantanal. Cuiaba was a nice little town, clean and the locals were ever so friendly.
Review 16：Very small room- basically a box with a bed and very outdated bathroom. One tiny window only. Unsafe area- we were advised not to go outside the hotel,Especially at night. No pool or other facilities. Poor value for money. Would not return.

Review 18：Cuiaba and the Northern Pantanal are full of unhelpful sharks out to rip you off. Avoid and head South instead unless you have a big budget to blow!
