Review 1：We had to drive to the room and hop over a small wall to get to the door. There was a lot of construction happening which they should have warned us about. My luggage was delayed and the only amenity provided was shampoo and a soap bar. It was a very old and dirty entry with an old elevator that took a long time but the stair door was locked which I think is a violation? Staff could have cared less. Should have realized this when they left me on hold for 15 minutes when I tried to book.

Review 3：I ice machines were not always working and the key door entrances did not always work. I had to use other entrances to get in twice out of my three night stay.

Review 7：Dusty, dirty carpet and old lumpy bed. Mismanaged. Food encrusted room service trays sat out in the hall for two full days. Hall reeked of rotting food.

The bathroom was filled with mildew, unclean. it was just the worst hotel I stayed in given the brand name. They need to do a much better job at keeping this hotel chain clean.

Review 20：Where do I begin? The Millenium Hotel, set in 1970's, made famousby 'The Shining', was in no way worth the $100+ spent to stay.I received boils from sitting in the hot tub aka "spa". Holesin walls. Contemplated sleeping on floor out of fright to catch bedbugs game.

Review 26：When I called the hotel after I checked out to inquire about the potential billing, the staff said the incidental charge would credit back to my account after the transaction was complete. I never had this show up before and it was not on my receipt, so being informed ahead of time would keep me from feeling like a potential scandal is occurring.

They put a $5.00 bottle of water in your room and charge you for it whether you drink it or not. You are charged for internet in your room and I guess I was charged extra for a poorly working shower. Extremely disappointed. Doubt I will stay there again. Don't know how I can book at one cost and then get stuck with a much higher rate.

Review 96：The cost of the food in the hotel. We did not want to drive to eat dinner so we ate at the hotel. It was very expensive. We live on a budget and the food really took a lot out of it. We checked locations of other restaurants and there were none close to the hotel. We had to wait until after our doctors appointment the next morning to eat breakfast because the cost of breakfast was also expensive.
