Review 1：Although the hotel has some spa facilities, they were not available. Rooms and the restaurant need to be refurbished. For instance, the doors of the rooms couldn't be closed properly due to very old wood materials! The hotel coudn't offer a proper breakfast menu in accordance with 4 star quality.

Review 4：Once water (both hot and cold) ran out as I was in the middle of taking a shower. Dogs roaming the hotel compound (they are probably patronized by the hotel and haven't been agressive). Outdated rooms.

Review 5：Hotel is located on the outskirts of Urgup (near to the Kayseri - Nevsehir road) and has a large and free parking lot - ideal if you intend to rent a car for exploring Cappadocia. City center can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes (remember you'll have to walk up quite a steep hill to return to the hotel). A bigger than average minibar was a welcome addition. Breakfast is above Turkish average, but definitely not at the level of a 4 star hotel (as the hotel pretends to be).

Review 6：Rooms was little bit outdated none of door was properly closing and some design fault was when you sleep you can turn on bed lights by using your pillow they put the switch just under your pillow they may design single room first than change it i dont know and in the shower there wasnt extract fan instead you open the window.

Review 7：breakfast was good. there was lots of choice facility little bit outdated but it was enough walk distance from town centre if you dont like walking like me it would be a problem but it was ok.staff was friendly but they were busy or short of staff.

Review 12：This hotel caters to large domestic tourist groups who congregate inpublic areas and are raucous till the early hours of the morning andhotel staff will not ask them to keep the noise levels down. The staffare completely unable to deal with your needs/complaints or requests dueto two things: a language issue in that most cannot speak or understandEnglish and the fact that there are absurd "management" rules like theywill not supply a bath plug for the bathroom!! There is no kettle in theroom and if you want an early morning cup of coffee or tea - and we liketo travel with our own french press jug and coffee, we were asked to pay1 lire for hot water!

Review 15：The front of house staff were very good and were very helpful and theirunderstanding of English was good. On a couple of occasions I willprobably spell his name wrong Assez who was on when we arrived wentbeyond the call of duty when I needed some documents scanned back to theuk a very helpful young man and is a true assett to your business .

Review 16：hotel was old and everything was cheap quality. doors wouldn't lock properly. we came back from lunch to find our room door was widely open. apparently wind and poor door lock quality (to maintain timber feature) was the cause. it was the worst hotel stay experience for the whole family. would never recommend to anybody. stay clear...

Review 18：The only problem we did have was the first morning the staff started to clear away the breakfast food well before the alloted finish time of half past nine, when we tackled the staff about this they were most unhelpfull. We did however tell the reception and the staff were dealt with and all was well.

The rooms were very cool so in the heat of the day this was very comforting. most pleasent stay.. We would return for another stay if in the area.. The Turban was excellent value for money.
