Review 1：Stayed 3 days in room 114, the glass on the window had several cracked panes, this should be repaired. On the last night the heater started making a high-pitch squeal at 2:00 am, so we had to turn it off. It was in the 20's that night. Turned it on 2 hours later, out of necessity, and it wasn't squealing, thank goodness. Told the Desk Clerk at checkout.
Review 2：Daily newspaper in lobby was appreciated. Breakfast was good. The "always ready" coffee\hot water\decaf dispenser was most convenient. Desk personnel were very good.
Review 3：Upon arrival our room had not been properly cleaned. Potato chips on the carpet, bathroom had no towels or soap, and the bed had black specks and seeds of some sort inside which I showed the front desk attendant. Although the front desk manager up graded us to another floor and a much larger room/ suite, the room we did stay in had peeling wall paper, water stains on the ceiling and seemed outdated

Review 12：I stayed in room 204 and the only thing i didn't like was the wall outlets. They seemed to be worn out and when you plugged anything into them to charge a phone, tablet or whatever the plugs would fall out and you device would not charge. Other than that everything else was great.
