Review 1：The mattress was really really uncomfortable. With the springs poking into you it does not make for a good sleep. If they changed the mattresses it would make a huge difference

Review 7：Restaurant is not so good. Really long wait every time. Use the resort 200 m away for food. They have some really nice dishes. Book return trip before going to the island. They charge you way too much if you book it from the island.

Review 12：Website advertises that all properties have balconies overlooking the sea-they are on the opposite side of the road and do not look over the sea. Wifi is only available in reception/restaurant area and is a very weak signal (as it is a remote area)
Review 13：Location- reception/restaurant area is 10 seconds walk from the beach and close to the 'Rock Bar' built into the rocks. Great place if you are looking for peace and quiet. Great food, the cheapest along the beach front and friendly staff.
Review 14：No bed sheets. The hotel had very nice views but they didn't take advantage of them. The "reception" and "restaurant" were pretty horrible, playing music tv outdoors all day and night.
Review 15：The room was very, very basic, but clean. The hotel was very close to the beach. The island is very nice if you like quiet places. Clean beaches and the price level is very moderate compared to other places. Good for cheap accommodation, nothing more.
Review 16：Internet was really bad and didn´t reach the rooms. I guess internet is no good in the whole island though. I asked about the BBQ facilities mentioned in booking.com and they didn´t have a clue of what I was asking for! I pay too much for the quality received, about usd 30. You can find much better places and cheaper in the island (like Sunset Bungalows 300m away). Restaurant wasn´t very good also.
Review 17：Cosy and clean bungalows in very nice surroundings. Staff was friendly but barely speak english.
Review 18：Wifi didn't work fully (used the resort usb) but not really an issueas I went to Koh Jum to get away from "all mod-cons"!
Review 19：Second time at Koh Jum, stayed @ Golden Pearl (next door last time)simple accommodation, mind you the fan had me shivering on the firstnight & I had to turn it down,1st time that's ever happened!Helpful & friendly staff who sent a taxi-bike for the 50 or so yards so no walk in the blistering sunshine. Close to the beach & Rock Bar, which was a cool place to watch the sun go down over Phi Phi. Shouldn't really recommend Koh Jum, as it needs to be kept as it is, very peaceful with nothing, other than sunbathe, eat & drink to do! (mind you isn't that we go on holiday?!)
