Review 1：The breakfast buffet is good, but there are room for improvement; stronger coffee, fresher bread and a wider selection of cheese. The juices on offer has an artificial flavor.

Review 2：Nice, clean and suprisingly comfortable hotel. Excelently located, right in the city center close to restaurants, shops, city administration, etcetera. The lobby is quiet and well suitable for meetings. The gym is brand new with solid equipment. The heated garage in the basement is also a big plus, when traveling by car during winter.

Review 3：I was staying in a room across elevator and when someone was using it there was a lot of noice coming out of it .When hotel has several rooms available i strongly recomend before fixing it to avoid allocating that rooms . :) Apart from this Hotel is a great choice central located very nice one and you always find employees speaking English . :)

Review 4：Toilet wasn't clean when we moved in. Hotel staff cleaned the bathroom pretty quick when we complained. Iron board provided was also dirty.

Review 6：I didn't like that I had to pay in advance but probably it's more a rule in Russia than being hotel specific. Also, I've ordered room service once and the food was absolutely cold and not good quality so they have plenty of room to improve this.

Review 7：I liked that the receptionist at check-in was very warm and welcoming, speaking great English (which was not generic for the other hotel staff) and provided all necessary information about hotel amenities, Wi-Fi, breakfast, etc.

Review 16：Hotel (in September 2014) was very new and still having work done. Gym did not appear to be open, fittings still being installed (in common areas). The window in my room could be opened fully, so watch out if you have kids.
