Review 1：There were some staff issues that caused the breakfast to be very sloppy one of the days - dirty tables, food and drinks missing, and so on... Looked like one of the staff members (the one responsible for the breakfast room) went MIA. Even without these issues (on the first day there) the breakfast wasn't all that great... The facilities need some better maintenance. Time has passed and I don't believe this hotel is worthy of the 4 stars it still has.

Review 2：The location is great. Our room had a great view directly to "Bom Jesus". The staff were mostly friendly.

Review 3：small and uncomfortable room. the second day the romm was not cleaned, public space sombre . Jakusi was not waking the first evening, no WF in the room. It's does not look like 4 star hotel.

Review 24：Difficult to find at night and no decent restaurants nearby. Need a taxi for the town as the funicular only goes part of the way.

Review 25：fantastic location, bedroom had wonderful views and a good experience for 1 night but not convenient for any longer. Pool was warm but the Hot Tub didn`t work.

Review 26：Bedspreads needed cleaning. Room basic. Receptionist gave too vague instructions so we missed getting to the nearby restaurant before it closed at 10pm. It is way above the city and must be accessed by taxi so if you want a central city location this is not the place. However it is among beautiful rural countryside.

Review 28：It was not up to 4 star standards. If you can get it for a discounted rate then it would be nice to stay there one night to be next to Bom Jesus church.

Review 29：The location next to the Bom Jesus church was superb. It was not a 4 star hotel as billed. The shower head did not sit right and so it sprayed on the wall and a lot of water ended up on the floor. Breakfast was average.

Review 30：The room had a bad smell and you could hear everything on the other rooms, but what really was awful was the plumbing noise when someone decided to take a shower it was impossible to sleep let alone relax...
