Review 1：Cold rooms(15° - 17° C ) Horrendously dirty (Changed 3 rooms) Really bad customer relations staff (especially the night manager) Worst accomodation experience of my life

Review 2：The lobby cafe/bar was unattented most of the time. The complimentary pineapple sent to the room had probably been on the breakfast table as decor ; was moldy and dry. Never got the sodas we ordered. They had no tea available at 5 in the afternoon. The barman thinks that bourbon is a brand name.The food in the restaurant was mediocre at best. In short; this is a fine looking hotel ruined by the quality of service offered.

Review 3：The location and the architecture. The thermal pool was nice. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and comfy. The breakfast was what you would expect from a hotel like this.Front desk was welcoming.

Review 4：Bonnet is necessary for indoor pools and spa pool but they are selling it at spa desk , it should be free .Little children and babies with diapers was swimming at hot spa pool.It should be only for adults.Room cleaning was not good they did not change the wet bathrobes.They take 40 TL for breakfast but try to charge again 100 TL for 2 person at check-out.

Review 6：1) If you would like to have lunch during the day, the restaurant is not working. To do it you need to go outside. And to achieve the downtown, where you can find places where it is possible to eat, you need to go through slums. The road takes15 minutes. 2) SPA is brilliant, but noone gives us the towels or shoes. So, we need to take it from the room.

Review 11：Amaizing hotel, amaizing view, amaizing spa. Nothing wrong to say, wa had a great time in this hotel, and if you have the chance to go back to Eskisehir, we will go back to this place.

Review 12：Didn't like the service in the restaurant, food not being served together, we ordered starter and main meal, the timing was all wrong, one starter came a lot earlier than the other, same for main meal, and I had to say we wanted to eat the main meal together, I think this is a training issue and could be rectified easily. Also pool far too cold, Could not use it due to this.

Review 15：Contemporary architecture nicely blended with anatolian hospitality! We were first felt sad because our room was looking at the inner patio, but after the sunset, we have enjoyed the view complimented with all the lights and their reflections from the water.

Review 18：the only nice thing about this hotel is its huge big building on top of a mountain over looking the city.other than that it was one of the worst hotels i ever stayed in cause of the reception rude staff , the housekeeping , not clean for a 5 star hotel, we had a bad experiences in this hotel that i do not even want to talk or write a bout it .even though the night manager tried to fix the so many problems but still i do not think i can recommend this hotel to any one.

Review 19：Many of the staff spoke little English which causedcsome miscommunications. Not a big deal for us, but somewhat surprising for a 5-star intrnational hotel, located in a city full of students!

Review 20：The Spa and Hamam were very nice. The rooms are spaceous, bright and comfortable. With the 80% discount we got it is very much value for money!

Review 21：Bed and linen cleanliness is in poor quality. They changed the linens in day one but they did not change it the next day, although it was dirty. I asked the staff if it is cleaned every day or not, they indicated that it is cleaned every day eventhough they did not cleaned our bed. Yes, some problems may occur in every hotel but I just want to inform possible visitors about the situation

Review 23：The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and most helpful. Most spoke excellent English which made our stay very comfortable. The offerings on the menus were wonderful, beautifully presented. The hotel's location above the city provided expansive views of the city and a great breeze throughout the day - making a warm, summer holiday very pleasant.

Review 24：It is ridicilous for a modern 5 star hotel that the spa area is separated between male and female. This somehow destroyed a big part of our holiday, to relax together with your partner. The comment of an earlier rating that they are not separated is a lie!!! Additionally the spa areas were not very clean and taken care of. Water everywhere on the floor, they don't clean regularly. The breakfast quality is really bad, nothing is really fresh and delicious, the service is unprofessional, the presentation is cheap. The worst is that several coffee cups and spoons were dirty!! Totally unacceptable. After complaining, the next day I again found dirty ones. One more big disappointment was that athough we had 32 degrees, the hotel was full and it was a long weekend with bank holiday, the outdoor pool was not in use, neither could we lie in the sun. After complaining, the excuse was that they have "technical problems". Overall we were really disappointed with Rixos, this is not enough!

Review 25：- Design of the building. - Rooms are nice although cleaning could be improved (e.g. balcony was really dirty) - Location is good

Review 26：EN: The small wall-mount mirror in our room dropped during normal use and got its glass cracked, with other plastic parts undamaged. When I reported this during checkout, they asked us to pay 200 TL (~67 EUR) after having us wait for about half an hour to contact their manager whom they said was in a meeting (later someone else said he was out of town for the day, so not sure which one was true). In the end we agreed to pay half of the suggested price which we still thought was inappropriate to inflict on a guest, but we simply did not want to waste more time and ruin the rest of our short holiday. This is not what we would have expected from the Rixos brand and are deeply disappointed. TR: Odamızdaki duvara monteli küçük plastik ayna normal kullanım esnasında yere düştü ve camı çatladı. Durumu çıkış işlemleri esnasında kendilerine bildirdiğimizde, toplantıda olduğu söylenen yetkili yöneticiye ulaşabilmeleri için yarım saat kadar bekledikten sonra, fazladan 200 TL gibi bir meblağ ödememiz istendi. Yöneticiyle bizzat konuşmak istediğimizi söylediğimizde bizimle ilgilenen başka bir yetkili bu sefer kendisinin şehir dışında olduğunu belirtti. Sonuç olarak, daha fazla zaman kaybetmemek ve günümüzün geri kalanını heba etmemek adına ilk önerilen fiyatın yarısını ödemeyi kabul ederek ayrıldık. Durumun bu şekilde bize yansıtılmış olmasını ve karşılaştığımız davranışı açıkçası Rixos markasına yakıştıramadık.

Review 27：All hotel facilities are up to the standard of this tier, so no surprises or complaints. The view over the city was really nice. Breakfast was good (charged extra).

We had a VIP spa reservation and we still did not feel comfortable because of their screams. At dinner we were wishing for some peace but also lots of kids were running and screaming there,too.

Review 36：Even it is on the hill, the entrance is only from bottom part of the city and the gps is loosing signal in small streets (we used 3 gps and none worked). Spend almost an hour searching the hotel entrance during the night... no people to ask... in the end, kind man from gas station took his car and drove using local gps and calling hotel reception ..but also lost in small streets :-P antoher 40 minutes needed to go 1.5 km :-D Ending with nice surprise of cup of tea on reception was funny.

Review 41：Most thermals in Turkey separate men and women not to "offend" Muslims. Thanks to Rixos, we still can enjoy thermal baths together with my girlfriend.

Review 45：This hotel is a real high shoot. Every single detail was taken care of to take your breath. I requested the cheapest 2-room suite available and was given a huge, 3-room executive suite. Staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly. Facilities were excellent. The facade, decoration of room and interiors are outstanding. Everything was spacious including even the bathroom which is very nicely designed and decorated itself. The breakfast had a huge variety and impressive quality, with a balcony that had panoramic view of the city. The bed was super comfortable. It's simply a hotel that was made to always exceed your expectations and make the best possible of every single detail.

Review 46：The rooms r superbly finished. Extremely comfortable bed. Mr Nedim from management was very polite and very attentive to a small issue I had which was resolved immediately. I definitely recommend to stay only in this hotel while in Eskisehir. I felt most welcome, it really was a home away from home. Thanks Rixos and management!

Review 47：- Toilet ventilation was not good enough. We think they might turn off the ventilation. - Cleaning Lady was not willing to put new toiletries and new herbal teas to the room. Even more, we asked those from the reception but apparently they have been misinformed by the lady... At the end, we had to take what we need from the cleaning car. I guess, such luxury hotels does not keep track how many shampoo they gave to the each room, if one thinks the price of the room. In fact, Rixos Bodrum gave toiletries more than what we need....... I guess that was unfortunate.
