Review 1：The room was beyond filthy. You could literally see the accumulated black "gunk" on the floor throughout the entire room. Very noisy room, but I did ask for smoking room, which I suspect is why I was right by the stairs.
Review 2：The price and the front desk staff was very pleasant. Location was good, with plenty of restaurant options nearby.
Review 3：They did not value all their rooms, no matter if it is a smoking room or not... They let their smoking rooms go down because the manage is allergic to smoke and that is ashame..

Review 5：Walls were paper thin. Heard toilets flushing all night. Heard people next door as if they were in my room. Baby cried most of the night. Got maybe 3 hrs sleep. Never stay there again!

Review 10：No bad experience, just thought the floors needed mopping. Icouldn't go barefoot or my feet would be black on bottom. Just needsome maintenance as far as mold in bathroom from water and humidity. Nobreakfast, just coffee.

Review 12：The hotel has tried to remodle and didnt do very well. Its dirty, burn holes in the blankets, and our bar lock on the door was snapped off. Fine if your travelling alone but not with a child.
Review 13：The room immediately smelled of mold, as if the room was saturated with water. The wood faux flooring was saturated, spongy, and was separating from the under flooring. I lifted it up with my car key and it was beyond black with mold spores. The bathroom had mold stains that were painted over, the hand towels had spots and the running board on the walls were falling off and hanging. I called the front desk and they didnt care in the slightest. I decided to walk downstairs and inform them personally. All they asked me for was my key and thanked me for coming. They didnt care about me telling them about the mold, the condition of the room etc. The lady behind the desk had absolutely 0 affect on her face. Thanks for not caring

Review 17：It was gross ... Dirty floors, there was finger/toe nails on the floor and it was peeling up. I would NOT let my dog lay on this floor if he had been with us. Bed was hard. We wanted to leave but we had already paid for our stay. they wouldn't let us without charging for every night so we had to stay till our original check out date. Coffee in the lobby was only till 10 am and it was always empty... only one container no choice of decaf or original. mold on the floor in the bathroom around toilet.

Review 19：the new interior design concept is very easy & organzied. I liked the linoleum flooring, and the minimalist motif. The color scheme had a boutique hotel hint to it. nice job.

I asked for extra pillow and blanket at the time of booking which I did not receive. The staff was very rude and completely unhelpful. I wanted my money back. Not worth it.

Review 32：Cheap place to stay with the family just to get out of the house. The last at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I love your dog policy that requires no extra fees for my Roskoe who is like my first child to stay.
Review 33：I booked 2 nights on booking.com and added a third day on my credit card. I then had to cancel the last day and the owners who were not there told the front desk, " We don't do refunds." I left there not knowing if it was going to be a pain to get my money back on my credit card. Rooms were terrible as far as the new floors, you could literally trip over the laminate flooring that was put down terribly. The room looked as though there was an "effort" to renovate. It was not a bad place to sleep though.
Review 34：The location was close to where I was going, the wi-fi worked good and close to stores and restaurants. If it wasn't about the owners or the cosmetics it was good. The front desk worker Charlet was very nice a helpful and very nice.

Review 57：The floors were filthy. Our socks turned black from the filth. The tub was oily and water left a greasy film on us when we showered. The bed was hard as a rock and blankets were full of cigarette burns. There were spiders in the room crawling all over the table. The bathroom had no towel rack but you could see where it was pulled out of the wall. The room was described to have coffee and/or tea making machines in them but I had to get one from the front desk. She gave me a coffee maker with 2 inches of dust on it and filters for a huge coffee maker, this was a 4 cup maker and a styrofoam cup full of grounds. The room smelled horrible and the door didn't seal

Review 60：The shower sprayed water every where, there was a hole in the tub/shower where the grab bar should have been, not enough towels, rust and mildew spot all over bathrm walls, hardwood floor loose and pinched my foot, batteries in remote dead, light bulbs burnt out. Pool was dirty, neighbors noisy. Not even coffee in the room. Staff was never around. It was one of the worst places we have ever stayed. I will pay the extra money next time and stay at Motel 8

Review 64：One room had old mc Donald's food and wrappers in room. There were wet towels on sink and someone had slept in both beds. The pillows were folded and wrinkled and beds were turned back where people had got out of bed. Floors needed mopping. I was moved to another room but it was hassle.

Review 71：I was booked for a king room with a refrigerator and microwave. When Iarrived, there was no refrigerator or microwave. The heat was turned offwhen it was 28 degrees. It took hours for the room to warm up. My creditcard was charged twice. When I showed this to the staff, I was told Iwas wrong, that they do not make mistakes. I now have to dispute thesecond charge on my credit card. The room did not have a hair dryer oreven a box of tissues. I will not stay at a Motel 6 again when I travel.
