Review 1：Most hotel staff dont speak English, but have Ali on call who speaks both Arabic & English to assist. No kettle in room but hot water is provided on request. Ladies section of spa was under maintenance during our stay so we missed out on this facility.

Review 2：New hotel, Very clean modern spacious rooms, Very helpful staff from reception to restaurant who try to do their best to please hotel guest. Requests were dealt with promptly. Special thanks to Ali & Cayoglu (sorry if misspelt) who are extremely keen to assist with a smile.

Review 3：Communication in English was sometimes limited although not impossible. I think staff members need to acquire more English in future to ensure smooth communication with clients. Breakfast was adequate, but it was the same everyday. Some variety, for example more drinks and some traditional Turkish food, would be appreciated by people spending several days at the hotel. I think adding a kettle, a shower cap and ironing facilities in every room would add a lot to the comfort of residents.

Review 4：The hotel is new. It has a lift. Rooms and dining area are spacious. The rooms are quiet and get cleaned daily. The reception is luxurious. Definitely good value for money. The staff members are very polite and cooperative. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel
