SennaCity Hotel sells fast on our site. Senna City Hotel is located in the city centre, along Porsuk River. The hotel offers 24-hour front desk service.

Review 1：Very nice hotel right on the river. The bed was comfortable, the view was great, the room was clean and the staff were very helpful. We'll definitely stay there again.

Review 3：The manager of the front desk tried to help us make an early check-in, but due to the hotels 12:00 am check-out policy we couldnt make it. Maybe they could decrease it to 11:00 am.

Review 10：Despite our request to have a quiet room, we were given a room 2 floors above a noisy bar! Although thanks to staff, in particular Yasamin who helped us to change our room for the 2nd night to the quiet side in a few minutes.

Review 11：Helpful staff in charge of rooms, breakfast and front desk, getting our room ready earlier since we arrived before 2pm reasonably quickly. The location of the hotel is also very good as long as you get a quiet room, if that matters to you.

Review 14：The staff in the reception helped us a lot and they gave us a very nice room with the Porsuk River view. Hotel is in a very central location surrounded with cafes and restaurants. Very close to the tram station as well.

Review 15：We have stayed in two different room types and neither of them was soundproof, we could almost hear the phone conversations between people. The standard double room has also a single bed, but hasn't got any windows to outside, therefore extraordinarily dark.

Review 17：Room not ready for check in until after 3pm! We had been in the city since 6am and the hotel staff knew this as we left our bags there at 6am and were told our room would be ready at 2pm. We went for check in at 2pm and were told to come back in 30minutes which we did and still had to wait another 35 minutes no apology or offer of refreshments. Wi-Fi free but tooooooo slow in the bedrooms so no good. We were a group 2 mature couples our bedroom had an extra (not requested) bed so our basic room was very cramped.

Review 19：Some rooms in the hotel seem to face a blank side wall of the neighbouring building. We didn't mind this as the room was very comfortable and we only went there to sleep. But if you are planning on staying in Eskişehir for a couple of days and want to spend more time in the room, then I suggest you choose a room with the Porsuk river view. These rooms are worth spending a little extra on ;)

Review 20：Great friendly and helpful staff, little surprise services such as hot chocolate as you are going back to your room, or fresh apples at reception :) Eskişehir is a very interesting city, a combination of a Turkish Amsterdam / Paris :D And SennaCity is very reasonably priced for its location.

Review 21：Asked for non smoking both verbally and in writing, was assured we did but ash trays and matches in room! Also, strong smell of smoke on the level we were on. Parking and access were an issue. Very noisy from partying on the boulevard until 2:30am. Would recommend this place only for smoking, party goers with good Turkish language.

Review 23：Very, very noisy at night. Party goers until 3am, loud music and voices until past 3am. Fun spot for young. No way to get to hotel door in vehicle as it is on a blocked street for pedestrian use most of the time. Staff are friendly but have limited English. Internet unnessarily complicated, logging us off constantly. No such thing as a no smoking room, ours was called no smoking and came with ashtray, matches and smell of smoking in nearby rooms.

Review 25：The bathroom was too small and next to the bed, there was no intimicy. You could listen everything was happening inside. Also, the bathroom had a door without locker, it was a kind of wardrobe made bathroom.

Review 35：Bad layout. Shower stall in one corner of the room, commode and washbasin in the other corner... No place to put a towel in the shower stall, very little room between shower door and foot of bed. Reception staff insisted that we pay for the entire stay before they let us into the room. Claimed management wanted it that way.

Review 64：The reservation we made said one junior suite for 4 people with 2 rooms one bathroom. When we arrived there was a room with one bed and two small sofa beds that not even a small child could sleep. They gave another small room with two beds after 15 minutes of arguing and kids slept there.The air conditioning was not working we slept open windows with all street noise and they didn't solve the problem. Second day when we arrived they didn't clean second room . Second day breakfast was awfull nothing to eat we had to ask to bring food because there was nothing.
