Review 1：Both things I didn't like have been the same in all the guest houses we have visited in Bulgaria; a double room is not a double bed but two small beds pushed together and the ensuite does not have a shower curtain. There was no problem with us using the main bathroom though,so ours didn't get wet.

Review 2：Great location (near bus station, 5 mins to main pedestrian street), very warm house, access to communal fridge, microwave, kettle, washing machine, really clean all the time, lovely host - we stayed 2 extra nights and nothing was too much trouble

Review 3：The place is great, the staff is nice and the room and hotel are very comfortable. They even have an arranged place for smokers. Also, tea and coffee in the morning are complimentary.

Review 4：Excellent location, quiet and less than 5 minutes walk into town, and less than 10 minutes walk from train station. Spotlessly clean, huge room, always lots of hot water for showering, coffee made ready every morning and facilities for making tea all the time. Excellent wifi. Miroslav, the owner, was very friendly, and although it was fairly basic it provided everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We'll certainly stay there next time we're in Plovdiv

Review 6：Pleasant hostel near the old town but still close to the station. Nice park just opposite. Complimentary tea/coffee was appreciated. Pleasant owner who speaks good English. Felt secure.

Review 7：too smal sink in the bathroom; the wardrobe had very strong smell of naphthalene and was not possible to use it; the bed was too small.

Review 8：Perfect location, beautiful house, polite hosts. Every morning I woke up with aroma of freshly brewed coffee that the hosts prepared for us.

Review 9：It was cold and wet when we arrived but there is no lobby to the property, we had to stand out in the street waiting for the staff to let us in. It's a bit of a climb up the stairs with heavy backpacks.

Review 10：It was cold and wet when we arrived so the warm, comfortable room was great. The shared bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water and good pressure. Kettle for tea, coffee etc available 24h. Good wifi and internet everywhere. The location is very convenient.

Review 11：Everything was minor enough that it didn't affect the overall quality of our stay. The hotel has no reception, so we rang the front bell and were met by someone who showed us to our room. We could always call them for any issues, but we never took advantage of that. Our biggest annoyance was that our room had only two plugs, which was unfortunate because the air conditioning and the small TV required one each. Our friends in another room had three plugs, so you may not run into that. Lastly, the bathrooms really are one big room so water tends to go everywhere during showers (I'm told that is pretty common in Bulgaria).

Review 12：The building is beautiful and we had a very friendly welcome. The room was spacious and clean. There was a cozy common area with complimentary coffees and teas, a fridge, and a washer and dryer as well. The hotel is one block away from the singing fountains, and we could hear the music when we went out on the street at night, which was a beautiful experience. I should add that the noise was not heard in the rooms at all.

Review 13：Very close to the city center and the main park. Also from the train station, it's just a short walk from there. The owner is very nice and helful! Good wi-fi. I definitly recomend it! :D

Review 14：The remote control for the TV was a bit sticky and dusty, but this is really the only thing I can list as an "improvement area".

Review 15：The place is wonderful! The house is newly refurbished. The staff is very kind, they even called me in advance to check on the booking and confirm the arrival time. The room was spacious, and clean. The bathroom was small, but had everything we needed - toilet, shower, sink. There was also air conditioning in the room (working perfectly). The location is great, only 5 minutes from the main square. If I am back in Plovdiv, I would stay here again for sure.

Review 16：The shower and a restroom aren't divided by a curtain, so how to use is considered.Stairs are small and an escalator is not.

Review 17：From a station and a bus terminal,around 10 minutes. It's facing the road to the center of the town from the traffic station and easy to find out.There are also a restroom and a common area of the shower, and a washing machine, a refrigerator, a microwave and a dish can be used.

Review 18：Near to the tsar garden. Good guest house. One bad point : the washing machine is not free of charge. It'll be appreciated to be indicated in the announcement.

Review 19：There is only one bathroom which could get crowded when everyone wants to use it in the morning. Not a huge problem but could cause stress if younreally need the bathroom.

Review 20：nice room. The hostel was clean and the owner was friendly hand helpful. We enjoyed our stay here. It has a very good location near both the train station and the centre of town. Nice balcony area to sit outside in the evening.

Review 22：I'm in a long tour around the world driving by my car throughturkey , Bulgaria,Serbia,hungary,Austria,Germany,switzerland,slovenia,-Croatia,then through Serbia Bulgaria ,turkey back home to Lebanonmiddleeast , I've been at this place a couple of weeks ago ,theroom is clean and tidy , bath is shining , parking is almost availableoutside for free at week ends ,the lady show us the room and no onewill disturb you, we came again after 2 weeks while drivind back homebut !!! let me tell you what happened yesterday as now im in turkey .We show Late at the guests room and our room was already busy withanother persons (my fault) but Mr miroslav (owner) just gave us abigger room with built in shower & bath without any extra charge,,so he was generous with us. Also the room is very clean and quite,window, ac ,shared fridge .very near to an amazing Garden also, forevery one I guess this is what we needs . Something more to tell ,, thenext day while im checking out I asked him a favor if he allow me toleave some of my things in the fridge to have a walk around with mywife , so he replied for sure you can and come anytime to pick whatyours, That's what really happened. Then when we finished walkingaround I picked my things and arrange to run the car for a new travelthrough turkey , But ... unfortunately I found that the clutch pedal ofmy car is down and oil is leaking from the pump,. So I refer tomiroslav again and he shows the whole concern and helped me reachingthe garage about 2000 meters walking till we fix the car, so if you arefar away from home what more you will need ,.yess it is recommended,yes it is the best stay we had . thank you for your kindness.

Review 25：Air conditioning is everywhere, but not in the rooms! So the room was really hot and even though if we had a fan, we didn't really slept well. Beds are quite stiff too.

Review 26：It's quite central and the staff is friendly. Parking in front is not free, but they were kind enough to let us park in their private entrance.

Review 27：Just on the edge of the city centre. Very comfortable beds and good sized room. Access to a fridge and microwave, and able to wash clothes (or have them laundered at a very reasonable price). Owner is very helpful - he went to get our money changed for us and helped us with parking. He also provides free coffee and tea.

Review 38：there is a little kitchen for common use, but no possibility at all to buy breakfast, not in the house and not in the surroundings. Dont forget to bring your own food for the first morning. The bathroom is an all-in cel (as on a boat or in a campingcar) when someone takes a shower, éverything is wet. Floor, toilet, mirrow, towels...

Review 39：The room was very clean and spacious, the beds slept well. The owner is friendly. Even when it feels a bit like a memorised act, but who can blame him? The poor man has to pull of this show a few times a day...

Review 47：It's a very affordable room so keep that in mind - but you are two blocks from the Post Office/Tsar Simeon's Gardens and the pedestrian area, which you can follow all the way up to the Maritsa River and the Old Town. This is closer to the restaurants and nightlife and much cheaper than uphill. Not luxurious, but I thought it was safe, spacious, clean, quiet and even romantic. We loved our attic room. They had coffee/tea in the morning.

Review 48：Would be nice to have a wee bit of milk with the morning coffee, but maybe that's a bit cheeky. Internet connection could have been better perhaps though.

Review 49：The guest house is very well located, just 400m from the main train & bus station, but still only 10 minutes walk from the old town as well. We had a lovely big room with a balcony & plenty of character. The guesthouse itself is a very nice late 19th/early 20th century building. The owner was also very friendly & made us feel very welcome & at home. All in all the place is excellent value & we would highly recommend it.

Review 50：The only downside is that there's a fair bit of noise from car traffic on the street outside. Not a big deal, but if you're a light sleeper, use earplugs.

Review 101：The owner Merin? Was just wonderful and made our stay a pleasure. His guezt house is very much home away from home. HE makes brewed coffee in the morning for all the guesthouse is located only minutes from the square and where everything happens. Small supermarkets and green grocers are close by as is the bus station and train station...walking distance.

Review 117：The shower did not have much power, it ran off the tap so waslacking a bit of pressure. There didn't seem to be anywhere tohang your towels after a shower. The staircase might be a bit of astruggle for some.

He also helped me with my bags when we arrived andwhen we left as you had to take them up a steep staircase. Coffee wasavailable every morning at 8am. The guesthouse was very close to all themain attractions of Plovdiv, within walking distance. The rooms werevery clean.

Review 119：Staff are very friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable with basic furnished . We stayed 2 different room at other times both has aircond, tv and wc. 24hours you can make tea or coffee. One fridge and shared. There was a balcony and you can drink something. Very close to bus station and city centre.
