Review 1：it was located somewhat in a residential setting which made it hard to find for me as i didn't speak russian.. took two locals who kindly walked with me and inquired for me to find the location. better get the exact directions from the hotel before coming otherwise it might be hard to find ur way there.
Review 2：The staff was great, I got there past mid-day and was leaving the next day back to moscow so needed to get to yasnaya polyana ASAP and they helped with very efficient booking of transport etc. Room was clean with everything one needs n everything was comfort n sound :) good laundry service as well it was very near (about 5 mins' walk) away from the Tula Park - which is an oft oversighted attraction becos it is so big n lush - it is also an easy 15 mins' walk or so to the train / bus station back to moscow
