Review 1：Night receptionist was non cooperative. Asked to borrow pen and paper and he replied 'dont have'... seemed to have an attitude problem

Review 4：5 mins walk to central plaza. 20 mins walk to UD town and railway station. Located about 25 mins drive from airport. Have petrol station open 24 hr next to it. Can buy water and snacks. Nearby within 2 mins wLk have food restaurants. Massage is around 2 mins away as well. Wifi very quick. Housekeeper v friendly. Front desk not so much. Big room. Comfy bed. For 600thb. Excellent value.

Review 7：I didn't like the unfriendly reception guy, the fact that it was a walk up hotel and they didn't have anyone to help carry my luggage up to the 4th floor.He just wanted my money. The room was really dim and dark. I wish it had more lights. But I think the furniture is bait worn down so they can't light it up too bright.I don't think they put much 'heart' into decorating the place. The tv sat crooked above the coughing fridge,The single lamp by the bed wasn't working. The sockets were places next to the light switch by the door. The water pressure was almost a trickle. The room had no chairs. The one vanity/coffee stand were also home to hungry ants. Flooring was hollow,so u can hear the upstairs walking. Windows open to a wall.

Review 10：A decent size of room but pretty clean. Drinking water, soap-shampoo and tea-coffee maker are also provided. A few minutes stroll to the mall and 15 mins to night market.

Review 15：The extremely rude and unhelpful girl at reception in the daytime certainly does not portray a good reputation for the hotel. They charge an extra 50 Baht to call a taxi or Tuk Tuk for you. No elevator, but lower floor is best for elderly.

Review 27：Staff not willing to help, happy just to say no. The room has no English speaking TV channels, no toilet paper and only one small bottle of water. The hotel is being let down by the staff not appearing to value the guest. It is a shame because the hotel, itself, is very good.

Good size, clean, comfortable and with a big closet. Bathroom was well kept, shower was hot. AC worked well and bed was comfortable. Wifi was strong. Nice staff. All in all, a great value.

Review 86：walking distance to huge Central Mall, reception asked us to keep our bicycles indoors instead of parking lot (that is a very rare request!) very comfy and well designed rooms, shower curtains ! (meaning no wet toilet seat)
