Review 1：they kept us waiting for 2 hours before checking in, being full wet and very cold after a very heavy rain. I got very very sick after this night. The worst staff ever met in my life in the world. They blocked the money on the credit card and they insisted to pay cash again before check in. Also they treat all clients very rude...printing papers with rules for who want to steal furniture, towels or bottles of water....and no pets rule...but they had few homeless dogs in the breakfast restaurant....so???

Review 11：Why does the lift door close so quick, I have a huge bruise on my shoulder now. Why only one keycard, every time I had to go down for bags or anything, you have to ask to borrow card for lift, this is met with a pissed off look by the staff. Breakfast was lacking imagination but the eggs were nice. No soap in our room. Staff speak very little English. To the manager, get your staff to walk to k p grand hotel and look how the staff there present themselves, are they playing a game on their phone? Is their English good? Nice big bed which was good though.

Review 40：Located near the market so it's very convenient for food &shopping. Room was spacious & clean. Security was assured wt the useof a key card for room & lift. Parking at the side of building isavailable. A set breakfast was provided, it's a simple menu of eggs,bacon/ham, baked beans & bread wt coffee & juice.
Review 41：Petty signs everywhere threatening you if you stole or did something wrong. They booked us a driver to Ban Phe who took us to his expensive travel agent friend and later dropped us amid the Ban Phe travel mafia instead of the proper pier. Unforgivable.

Review 45：I booked for the room with extra bed, but we didn't get it. I had to sleep with my parents in one bed. The hot shower didn't work both at night and in the morning, so we didn't get to have a shower at all since we had to leave early.

Review 53：Rachan residence, chanthaburi. Situated in market area opposite 7-11reasonable entrance, lift, room size, view overlooking market area. Wi-Fi reasonable (but my firewall advised me that it was an unsafe site)and lan connection available We had an electrical relay blow out in ourroom which was replaced within 5 mins of calling main desk but maincontactor in fuse box hanging loose and jumps like mad every timeswitched on, and as I am a semi-retired electrician I felt this wasquite dangerous.

The room had a big fridge and tv, and the breakfast was ok.
