Review 1：scary at night. no enough lighting. restaurant very far for lunch and dinner. bad smell at toilet

Review 5：Some of the staff members attitude were bad. The price is high and a hidden of extra-charge were applied. The location is hard to find. No choices for the breakfast with a lot of delay. The beautiful views showed in the web is not reflecting the reality.

Review 9：staff/management (appears to be managed by 2 ladies) very unprofessional (no receipt given upon cash payment of bill. had to insist and wait till next day for it to be issued.checked with other guests and they had also not been given a receipt despite asking for it.), breakfast next day was not available at 9.40 AM as the 'bread delivery' had not arrived yet. sloppy servicing of tables (11 tables in total) . other guests complained as well as they had been waiting for the bread for 30 min. and could have been served coffee/tea meanwhile. rooms and all premises in bad shape due to lack of maintenance. open electric cables and plugs in garden where children were playing; you pass a crowded and messy uncovered pavillion used a storage when going to the guestrooms. guestrooms are bungalows with no windows in bedroom or bathrooms. only window in the corridor/entrance hall (you have to keep your room door open to get natural light!). issues were highlighted at check out in order to improve guest experience. another 2 ladies were checking out and pointing out they would not come back or recommend the hotel. both parties comments were met with complete indifference (lady was searching her handbag instead.no eye contact, apology or acknowledgement).she appeared quite 'used to it'.
