Review 1：Friends room had very squeaky closet door, they often didn't receive complimentary water as we did in the next room and lighting was not very good in either room.

Review 8：The large, soundproof room with excellent bathroom and lounge. Drinks and nibbles on arrival very welcoming. We had to leave early at 6.30 but they provided both a breakfast in the restaurant and a breakfast box to take away. Very punctual with pick-up for airport. A fantastic hotel.

Review 19：When we reached Yunak Evleri it was about 2am and we were exhausted from traveling, however this did not affect my 20-year-old daughter's first impression in her unbelieving gasp when she saw just the outside of our room: little more has to be said as to her reaction when the actual room was revealed. However, this reaction was only natural as our room was one Yunak Evleri's best, to which we were upgraded as an extraordinary surprise for my daughter's birthday. Furthermore, we were granted an extended stay of a few hours in order to accommodate to our airport-timing needs. The service and the room itself couldn't have been improved on in my opinion - a definite recommendation!

Review 41：From the moment we arrived we were spoilt. Ossie was marvelous, she ungraded us and attended to all our needs. A music room, how wonderful is that, and the most beautiful lounge. Great views. Terrific breakfast and service.

The traditional turkish breakfast we a great break and start to our long days of activities. The shuttle to/from airport was arranged by hotel. I also have allergies so they made sure the bedding was ok for me.

Review 43：I had booked hot air balloon ride thru the hotel and i was overcharged.I paid Euro 150 for one person, but the balloon company told me that they have taken only euro 110 from the hotel. For 2 of us this was 80 euro extra as commission by the hotel. Not nice at all

Review 45：I liked everything about my experience in Cappidocia and the hotel was probably one of thr best I have ever stayed at. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great, a good size with a very nice bathroom and comfortable bed. The view when you walk in is amazing to see all the rooms built into the caves on the cliff is incredible. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone experiencing Cappadocia.

Review 46：The room internet was not working but I understand the limitations because of the thick walls since the room was carved from the mountain. The bed was also a little hard.

Review 47：Everyone in the hotel was friendly and efficient especially Abdullah who took care of all our needs from prior to our arrival to the time we left. We will definitely spread the word and be back!

Review 48：No swimming pool (probably not practical given the location in a hill) so no way to cool down after a hot day of sight-seeing. No air conditioning in the room, though fans are available (on request!). Dinner at the restaurant was a high-priced fixed menu.
