Review 1：Only stayed for one night, need a few days more next time.
Review 2：Ideally situated within walking distance of bustling centre of Clarens. Lovely spacious accommodation.
Review 3：The apartment was beautifully furnished and the kitchen was well equipped.The owner Sue was hands on and provided personal attention. This makes a huge difference.She is friendly with a great personality.

Review 6：The noise levels were REDICULOUS in the Topaz room :-( We were woken up numerous times due to noise downstairs in the dining room until late hours in the night due to people and again early in the morning with tables being moved.

Review 8：I requested a room with a fireplace and was informed that none was available. The room next to mine was vacant - complete with fireplace. I find it unacceptable that I was denied the room although it was available. Even if I had to pay more I would have done so, the option was not given. The Girl that handed me the keys can improve her customer interaction skills.

Review 10：The rooms was very clean and spacious. The location was perfect right by the main shopping area and the church bells were lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the room was well heated even though it was really cold. Very good value for money.
Review 11：Personally I would have liked white winter sheets on the bed altho the electric blanket worked well. Cement floors were also very cold - maybe a few more rugs for Winter !

Review 15：The position is not good - It feels as if one is living on the road. No proper entrance, dusty road, no proper parking. Personally didn't like the ruby red room - looks a little dark and tatty, but it's not. Lamp shae was broken, blind in bathroom was broken - little things need to be attended to. Coffee and tea jars were dusty. Attention to detail is not there, unfortunately.

Review 18：Room, staff , breakfast, location. Walking distance to restuarants and shops. Friendly accommodating staff. We had to cancel a night as our flight was cancelled and the staff happily amended our booking.

Review 23：278 on Main is well located, just off the main square, so it is close to all the restaurants but not the noise. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was huge, really comfortable. The bathroom is also very spacious and has a warm feel to it (with nice hot water on demand!). Breakfast was very tasty and good sized portions - we were full for a long time
