Review 1：Breakfast.. poor quality, lack of variety. Decoration, is run down and in desparate need of re-decoration. Too many vouchers needed.. voucher for internet eac day!, voucher for breafast, each day, voucher for gym (after fee paid)

Review 20：Didn't like the wi-fi facility-charging too much and when I asked it was said to be 'not available'. Room fixtures were not in good working order (bathroom shower very poor, water not very hot, TV was an old model and the channels were very poor). The room looked and felt-tired! in need of some TLC.

Review 21：The location is good, not too far from the city centre and very convenient for the airport. The shuttle service was excellent, a very new high quality minibus.Breakfast was satisfactory. Front desk and room service was excellent.

Review 22：The best time of this hotel is more then 10 years ago. So I will you only few mayor bad points. In my room, so called "Junior Suite", are too many things not working well. Hot water make is very cheap and spread bad smell if hot. Only 2 out of 6 plags are working. In bathroom many tiles brocken and mould around the bath tub. Around the Hotel is very dirty except the entrance. Staff is friendly - many Ladyboy - but most not helpfull. Bell boy will not open the door even if he stay next to it and you are with your luggage. Breakfast is a bad joke. Already at 08 am all hot dishes, even in heaters, are cold. I informed the head waiter, he show surprise but he doesn't change anything. I ask the chef, after he was find by head waiter, to prepare fried eggs. while he did it he start to stratch in his hair with naked hand and next to the pan - so I forget the eggs. Next day he sit on stairs outside with his hands touched to the ground, get up and work with the food. Summery: it can be done something with this hotel but the current staff are simply not interested on anythings. My suggestion: Stay away from this Hotel - as Budget too Expansive as Comfort haevy disappointing 4 Star is a nice dream wish!!!!
