Review 1：Staff English is very poor I think it need more improvement.

Review 3：The personnel in the Beer Garden / Poolside restaurant were the most miserable, unattentive and disinterested I have ever come across in Thailand. Not a smile or a polite word, just sour faces and huffs and puffs when one requested anything. No attention to detail. One of the waitresses sat constantly with her head in her phone and was most disgruntled if she needed to actually do anything that resembled work. Unfotunately this experience really brought down what was otherwise a very nice hotel.

Review 8：I wish there was a tab between good and excellent because this is where this hotel rates. It is an older hotel and when I drove up I wondered what I had purchased for a night's sleep. Don't be put off, it is lovely inside although I couldn't tell if it was being upgraded or just lovingly cared for over the years. I think a little of both as the areas that are well worn are clean. Feels like you've stepped back in time to the 70's with Thai aesthetics thrown in. Pool is beautiful and large, you can actually swim a small lap. Room service was good (actual food and good proportion) although poolside table service was odd. Brought water but no menu and had to ask for it when they readily offered it to others. Don't know if it was because the waiter thought we were waiting for others, or just a sexist thing. Breakfast was mostly (and generously) Thai - which was fine as I got to try the Thai rice breakfast soup which I had been wanting to do since arrival in Thailand. Some western items available (cold cereal, toast, eggs, sausage of chicken and pork, etc.). My daughter did not like the cold sunny side up eggs. I ordered an omelet that was made to order so this wasn't an issue with my eggs. Large fresh fruit selection. Internet was fair (not bad, not terrific). TV (for English speakers) actually had one channel or two channels that weren't news, so the best of our trip. Most of the staff were very well trained and helpful. A couple need a bit more hospitality training (attentiveness and rudimentary manners). However, I would stay again and recommend to others.

Review 25：They have a renovation on 4th fl. I could hear it on my 3rd fl around 10 in the morning, so not that bad. Dont judge the hotel from the outside, cuz it looked old and unpleasant.

Robinson shopping mall+the market outside start 10.00 .Chantaburi is also very famous about there gems in the center off the city,waterfalls outside Chantaburi city,beach and the fruit farms all around Chantabu- ri province and swimming with dolfins.I recommend Chantabu- ri.
