Review 1:The room was not clean. There was old french fries lodged in between the bed and the nightstand. The alarm clock was sticky. The air conditioner did not work, so we were hot the entire night.

Review 3:Upon checking in, I went through 4 rooms before finding one that was either cleaned or the AC worked. I went two days with the hotel not having enough towels or wash cloths for me. I did not appreciate that at all. I was told by management to remove my pet off the couch, yet this is a pet friendly hotel. I was seen via video camera. Very disappointed in this hotel and I'm a frequent visitor in this particular one. Have my doubts about returning

Review 4:The staff// Kathy and Lucy were very professional and friendly. They both went out of there way to make my stay more pleasant.

Review 5:We didn't like the hassle checking in. Reservation was made online for a specific room type and rate, however the hotel receptionist didn't want to honor it. After prolonged inconvenience of calling manager, then the owner, the clerk honored the reservation.

Review 7:The rooms were outdated and clean. when we are arrived,they told us no rooms were available at the time. The desk clerk called the clearning service. They assigned us a room on 3rd floor. The room bathrooms and lamp fixture had stain. we ask for another room The room had a smell. it looked like it was cleaned in a hurry. upon depart the matress had a big brown stain. The cleaning crew was complaining of cups left in the room. I recommend no one to stay at this hotel.I rate a 1.5 only because of the value.

Review 9:It started off bad from the start. We could not locate the place because the name had changed three times in the short period we made the reservation. I also paid $100 more for my room than my friend who got a room the day we checked in. I have to blame booking.com for that. It was the same style of room also. I can't understand how that could happen. Because of Masters week they charge a premium for a mediocre room. The towels were chinsey. The staff was helpful and was making the best of the situation. Would not go back there nor use booking.com again unless an explanation of why is offered. Dan
