Review 1：The rooms were old and dirty on the 2nd floor across from the front desk. I had to switch rooms because the first room was unbearable. The second room was not that much better.
Review 2：We left at 3 a.m. to get out of there..It was full of bugs running around the floor...I killed many and took 2 in a serviette and gave them to clerk to say I am not staying with a room full of bugs on tge floor..they had given us 2 coffee packs bit no coffee maker..Had asked if they had a hair dryer..the ONE they had was out somewhere...Worst place ever..I have never had to leave a room do to bugs before. Disgusted with the experience and made it a horrible night of our long 15 hour drive

Review 4：Floor was dirty as if it hadn't been swept in weeks, dead cockroach in the shower, dust balls everywhere, light did not work, broken light switch cover that was laying on the floor when we arrived. Fridge was broken with no shelves, and there were huge cigar burn marks on the blankets in a "non smoking" room.

Review 8：Was given a room that had not been cleaned. The room had dirty towels and trash (food etc.) on floor and beds were unmade. The room they moved us to (clearly labeled non smoking) stunk of cigarettes and the sheets even had cigarette burns in them. We changed clothes there and stayed somewhere else.

Review 12：The initial front desk service was very rude. They did not know how to pull up our reservation from booking.com and ended up just making a new one after waiting for an hour. Our keys stopped working day 2 of the trip, while our dog was inside the room alone.

Review 14：The first room that they gave us was clearly mark NO SMOKING upon entering was a BAD ASH TRAY Smell, there were burn holes in the chairs, bedding, even the sheets. There was even an ash tray on the night stand. There was red melted wax on the toilet. The room was gross. The second room was better. The top blanket or comforter had what looked like red pasta sauce dried up in several places on the underside, we threw that to the side and used our own blankets & pillows. The room smelled better, however still not real clean.

Review 20：The room was nothing like described. No refrigerator or microwave despite ad saying there was. Had multiple lights that did not work. Missing/broken outlet covers. Room not well cleaned. Bugs! AC/heat unit blower did not work. Very noisy around 2am both nights. Had a smoking room but 2 different employees told us there were no ashtrays available. Not at all what I would expect from a Red Roof Inn!

Review 23：One of the worst things was the smell of the room. It was so intense it burned our noses and eyes. Had to go to the store and buy fabreeze to tolerate it. Only reason we stayed is that there was no other hotel to stay at. No wastebasket in the room. Open beer can left in the fridge. Sink wasn't cleaned.

Review 25：One wall lamp was broken. There was trash on the floor in two different locations. The blankets were threadbare with many holes. The pillows were tiny. Part of the baseboard was missing, revealing a space between the floor and the wall. If we had been staying more than one night, I would have found another hotel.

Staff moved us, but room, again reeked of smoke, spread, blanket riddled with (asssuming) cigarette burns, etc. Complimentary breakfast would not have passed third world health codes.
Review 33：Our room did not have air conditioning and when we reported it to the night clerk he said he would us to a non renovated room, at check we were told if he had moved they would have refunded some of our money. The night clerk never offered that. It was very uncomfortable in our room

I will be attending for the next 4 years but i will not stay at any Red Roof Inn

Review 48：When made the reservations I asked for NS room,a remodeled room to include coffeemaker when we arrived everything was just as I had asked for the room was very clean and was cleaned both days we were there for the ones who gave bad reviews shame on you!Too people I want to personally recognize the team member named Kassidy who was very helpful& nice and our housekeeper Maria for keeping our room nice & clean during our 2 day stay.I will stay there again if the opportunity arises or at any of the many RRI.I highly recommend this property to anyone!
Review 49：You folks at Booking should stay at this motel. It was filthy, The hallways, room, everything. Could not remove your shoes because the carpet was so dirty. Drains clogged, Air conditioner stuck in high position - had to get up every hour to adjust it. No hair dryer, no coffee maker. They must have allowed a guest with a large dog in since the furniture and wood work was terribly chewed up. Of course the management decided to leave the mess for me to enjoy. I was very surprised you gave the motel a 2 star rating with a smile face. No way, I've stayed at almost all of the motels in the Hamilton Place / Airport area of Chattanooga and this was the worst! Never thought booking,com would even offer a place like this stating it was the "deal of the day". I did take photos of the filthy carpeting and chewed up furniture, but unfortunately I deleted them.

Review 63：The first room we were given belonged to another guest! Luckily, the occupants were not in the room at the time we let ourselves in! What if they gave someone else the key to our room?? Once we got into another room, it still was not clean and something was smeared all over the walls. We requested a smoke free room as one of our children has Asthma, but BOTH rooms smelled like smoke. We didn't even stay. This was the worst place we've ever been to!
Review 64：My only issue was that the room service staff parked rolling hampers in front of the stairwell I had to use and did not move them for a full two hours in the morning when I was leaving.

The bedside lamps were about to fall off the wall. The "non-smoking" room smelled bad. There was some hair hanging off thefaucet in the bathroom. Some brown substance was smeared on the counterby the sink. Oh....last but not LEAST....Bugs. I will never stay at thislocation again. Don't stay at the nearby Guesthouse Inn either...itlooks like drug dealers and prostitutes are doing business there. Skipthis side of Chattanooga, is my opinion. I have pictures to support thenastiness of Red Roof.

When I checked out and he charged my credit card, he refused to give me a paper receipt and said he would send it via email. An hour later I didn't have the receipt and he had charged my card $70 when my booking rate was $47+tax.

Review 118：We made a reservation and we got in at 1:30 am I walked in there was another family standing and waiting and two other people waiting so this was a total of four different parties waiting and no one was in the office we waited for 45 mins. Before she can back. One of the people had been there 20 mins before and there was two women in there when she came back she claimed to be by herself and had to go help in a room with something I and all the other people believe this is very poor customer service. I for one am not sure that I would stay again.:-(

Review 136：I reported to the morning desk Manager that I had been bitten several times by bed bugs overnight and showed her the the bites on my body. The Desk manager said she had reported it to the Hotel Manager and the Hotel Manager would contact me, at 2pm the same day I called back to advice that the Hotel Manager did not call me. I was told by the day desk Manager the Hotel Manager could not contact me until Monday, I advised this was unacceptable and unprofessional on the Mangers part, the Desk Manger said he would pass the message to the Hotel Manager, have not heard from anyone as of today.
