Review 5：• The staff's cigarette smoke would seep up the stairwells and into the corridors and into your room, and that stale smoke smell made me nauseated. • Housekeeping was skimpy on the towels: there should be at least two body towels, a hand towel, a facecloth, + a floor mat towel, (but you only got 1 body, 1 floor mat, + 1 hand towel).
Review 6：Very nice bathroom, good water pressure, great location, helpful staff, and breakfast options were decent (yummy fruit).
Review 7：The toggle on the European-style shower didn't work; water was available only in the bathtub. There was no view from the window in my room; it looked straight into the wall of another building about 1.5 meters away.
Review 8：The front desk clerk with whom I had the most interactions, Anna, was very helpful. She spoke excellent English and had good answers for all of my questions. Breakfast was available from 7 to 10 AM. There was a wide variety of food and drink. On the whole, my room was very comfortable, and I had no problem with WiFi. All things considered, Hotel Armenia was a very good value for my money.
Review 9：Despite the fact that the hotel has a USSR spirit, according to what I have seen around, it is the best you can get there. Location is nice - right in the front of Local Kremlin. A so called shopping mall next door.
