Review 1：Although a number of parking spots existed inside the hotels yard, the day we arrived it was fully occupied due a special event in the hotel. Nevertheless the kindness of the staff solved the problem.

Review 2：the hotel seems to had be recently renovated, the modern style, the nice environment, its country position and the surrounding area.

Review 3：Check in is not possible until 1630, though as it was tipping with rain we were able to check in a little earlier. The bedroom was a little small. The interior designer loved rectangles, so everything is rectangular - including the loo seat which was an uncomfortable thing!

Review 4：Superbly located and only recently modernised so very smart with excellent, huge public rooms. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel does not offer dinner but a nearby sister hotel, the Elevador, offers a restaurant which has amazing views over Braga and excellent food at a reasonable cost - but booking is advised. Free parking is available right outside.

Review 5：There is no privacy in the room. Both toilet and the shower cubicles open directly out into the main bedroom and the wash basin is set into a vanity unit in the room. On returning to our room at 4.30pm we found that it hadn't been serviced and had to ask reception to contact housekeeping to get it done. It was then done, but we shouldn't have had to ask.

Review 12：The location, right next to Bom Jesus, is amazing if you're looking for holidays. For business, although a very nice hotel, the location is not the best. Overall, a very good hotel.

Review 13：At arrival at 16 o’clock, 2 of the 4 rooms that we booked were not ready. The people responsable for maintenance were to busy talking to each other. The swimming pool is located in another hotel from the same owner. You have to pay 5 Euro to wear a cap (for your hair). Last year, when I stayed in the hotel where the swimmingpool is located, I wasn’t informed about the cost of 5 euros for the cape nor for wearing a cape in the swimmingpool. The staff of the other hotel was very unfriendly. The staff responsable for breakfast wasn’t helpfull. They wouldn’t put tabels together not even when we were 6 people renting 4 rooms to celebrate my birthday in Porto. Even with the most beautiful view and location at the Bom the Jesus, I would never go back to one of the three hotels.

Review 15：the breakfast was pathetic, we only had yoghurt, not even bread. Also, they have a late check in (at 4 pm) and and an early check out (at 11 am).

Review 17：the whole location was heaving with local tourists and few residents at the hotel. The breakfast was stale (muesli) and the coffee instant. The restaurant was in another hotel altogether. We were advised to book but the place had 2 other guests eating there. The fooprocessed and very uninspiring. The gym was a walk away which meant you could not go there without lugging change of clothes, towels etc you had to walk out of the hotel and back into another hotel!

Review 20：The hotel is spectacular to explore hidden beauty of Bom Jesus witout day-time visitors We had the room with outstanding view to Bom Jesus The room itself is very well planned and nicely decorated with tap lights The hotel belongs to a group of four hotels so you are able to use their infrastructure such as a pool, a a gym and a restaurant. The breakfast is downstairs, it is a bit low-key one.

Review 21：Parking is a problem although you can find a spot [with some difficulty]. The elegant design and attention to detail was memorable, nut the downside is that intrustive elements- like wardrobes, storage, bidet- are entirely lacking . So the beautiful design is soon spoiled by guests clothes, belongings which clutter and mess the space.

Review 27：The room was cold . We set the climate control. Didn't work . Complained to front desk . He came to room . Still no good . Told we would have new room . Didn't occur . In the end he sent a tiny space heater to us . The public area was also cold and I suspect they had turned the aircon plant off because there was only about 4 rooms occupied . Wifi only worked in checkin area. Sound familia ? Not good enough in the 21st century era of connectivity .

Review 28：Virtually brand new . Modern ,stylish ,classy . Probably the best room lighting we have had in 5 weeks in Spain and Portugal . Lovely building . Parking right outside .You could almost reach out and touch the Bom de Jesus site . Spectacular views. Good breakfast included . The amount of lounge areas incredible .

Review 29：Quality of hotel and staff. The location is on a mountain top about 4 klms outside the city which suited our needs there is a regular cheap bus service to the historic centre of Braga

Review 65：We visited Braga for a wedding at Bom Jesus the church next to the hotel ant the venue of the reception which was perfect. The views are spectacular, the hotel has a grand atmosphere of the past. It is perfect for walks and has a couple of local restaurants nearby.
