Review 3：weather conditions can harm some parts in the villa and its not a big issue but I should mention it to align your expectation if you can resist some leaks in one place and I am sure that by time you think to try kerkapinar Villas the issue will be famished. the management realy know what they are doing and try to keep the place comfy.

The location is super right in the middle of everything.the boys lovved the swimming pool and the giant football field . The mosque and the shops are so close by . Review 52：The hotel manager Gunes is very friendly , she keeps sending whats-app messages all time , check up our needs, recommend places to visit, even on day of check out I faced problem with with my car, and she helped us until the problem is fixed. The place is unique, the pool is very clean, the barbque grill is available and free. The complex is very green. Parking is available all time , many access to our villa, near by restaurants and grocery.

Review 89：The location nature was great, the green was all around the place and charming which gave us a very relaxing vacation. The Sapanca Lake was 7-10 minutes away by Taxi, where the nice cafes and restaurants are located and to enjoy the water car ride. Also for shopping, there was a nice big outlet in Izmit city, that is not so far from Villa Kirkpinar (about 25 km.). Our host (Ms. Gunes) was very helpful and she welcomed us nicely and help us by arranging transportation from Istanbul Sabiha airport to Sapanca (Villa Kirkpinar), and she arranged with a minibus as we were having big luggages. Sure we had a very pleasant stay in this villa, and we will love to come back again as Ms. Gunes and her mother were a great host and been so coorporative with everything we asked.
