Review 11：1. Less English speaking attendants. But it did not really cause a problem. 2. City is not close. 3. It is a big hotel with many rooms. During my period there was hardly any occupancy. When I entered my room there was a cockroach. 4. Water pressure fluctuates between hot and cold. Does not give one constant temperature. Maybe only in my room.

Review 12：1. It is a big hotel on the outskirts of Udon Thani. Big C is nearby and can look after one's needs plus provide food. 2. Excellent and big swimming pool. 3. There was pick and drop from and to the airport, which is great. 4. Excellent and varied breakfast except on days when there is a function in the main dining hall. They then send you to the basement and cut some breakfast items. 5. Big rooms and comfortable toilet with full toiletry and amenities provided. 6. Rooms are cleaned and made up everyday. 7. Taxis readily available on call. 8. 4 lifts. 9. Excellent value for money.

Review 13：Everything was great, highly recommend, will be staying here again for sure. Wi-Fi could do with some improvement, although works fine in lobby and restaurant.

Review 14：Very clean, fantastic pool, excellent staff, good breakfast selection and always quiet. I have stayed here many times and if you have a car it is the best value for money location in Udon Thani by far. If not, use the shuttle bus available 24 hours a day and is free to/from the airport. It's just 10 mins from the airport and 5-6 mins from Udi Town.

Review 15：but if you go to the bus station that is closer you must pay 100 baht, the internet not work 2 out of 3 days i stayed there it might sound feeble, but i am a old customer there, nobody else was waiting for the shuttle

Review 41：The worst hotelstaff in Thailand.Not a smile from anyone except from one woman in the reception.Bad attitude from most staff in the restaurant in the evening.A lot of ants on the table clothes in the restaurant,and many tables extremely dirty.When I came to the room it was no safety deposit box.After 30 minutes they came up with one and tried to tell me how it works.But it was not possible to open it again when I tried to code it while the staff was there.Then I had to wait 30 more minutes for the technician to bring an emergency key.And he told me anothe procedure,and then it worked.But the safe is so small and anyone entering the room could easily put it in a bag and steal it so I would not advice anyone to use it.It was not bolted to the wall.The bed is quite hard and there were a lot of very small red biting ants all over.The cleaning lady sprayed my room,but there were plenty of biting ants in the bed every night.I would not recommend anyone to stay here.The hotel could fix transportation to the city center for 100 baht per person.Take a Songtaw instead from the main road for only 20 baht.Nobody there understand much english at all.Some of my friends asked the reception for toilett paper and water bottles which they forget to give them one day,but the reception lady denied them.I would not stay there again.

Review 46：The bed was comfortable. The room was quite large, and has a nice bathroom. The wifi was quite fast. The hotel's location is near Big C (shopping center) and near my parents' house. I would definitely stay here again. Just don't expect much from the facility.

Review 59：The staff at the reception gave a key-card to me with the wifi-code. But told me, if i want to receive internet in the room i have to upgrade the room and pay more. Even if the voucher wrote "internet in all areas". I did not want to pay more, because i could read in the voucher "internet free of charge" So i got crazy because i wanted to hear soccer. After the fifth contact with the front desk, a boss came and i got the room-upgrade free of charge. Why you first have to get angry before you get your right? So i will not come back.

Review 60：Very good food at the restaurant and very good breakfast. Last time i wrote very bad breakfast. This has changed completely. And the staff very friendly. The boss who gave us the other room was very friendly too. I never have upgraded a room as fast as this, so that i can hear german bundesliga. Good pool, but no umbrellas for the sun.

Review 67：We did not like the breakfast service because there was not a selection of hot food for breakfast. The eggs,ham and chicken sausages where served very cold. I had to order an fresh omelette everyday. Why not have a chef cooking eggs to order at the counter? Why is the minivan shuttle so expensive to just get into town? Why was it 200bht to go to Big C just across the road? We tried to call to have the minivan pick us up from the airport on arrival to Udon but despite calling many times nobody answered the call. The Centara have a free bus around town.
