Reviews for Edgewater #4

Review 1:Property Manager really was lacking. Several problems of which one was ignored by Property Manager and never resolved. Balcony/BBQ had Cig butts in a kitchen bowl and dirty BBQ Utensils. Kitchen glasses had lipstick on them. We were given a front door key that did not work. Had to go get a new key in town from prop Mngr. Had to ask 2x for the BBQ propane tank to be put into BBQ. (it was missing). One TV remote in bedroom did not work, bought batteries and still did not work. Called Prop Mngr. and lady who answered phone had attitude. She never sent anyone over to replace remote for two days after I called. One of the beds was a taco bed, two people in bed wound up in the middle of bed. Lots of small things that added up. We paid ALOT of $ for this condo. About $250 a night and I did not expect perfection, but this was ridiculous. Property Manager just did not care. Also the 10:00am checkout is a little much of a rush. One nice thing they did let us check in at 1:30 instead of 4:00pm.

Review 2:Location. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, but dishes were dirty. Yuk!

Review 3:The beds. VERY soft. We are used to firm mattresses and suffer from back pains, so this was quite uncomfortable.

Review 4:Location, location, location! Right on June Lake, with the most amazing views in the morning! Plenty of space for the family and good showers. Agency staff available and courteous when required. Bottom line? Small piece of paradise in the US back yard.
