Review 1：Bed hard as a rock...smoke alarm in bedrooms go off constantly all night in everyones bedrooms from the steam coming from the shower. Ypu will get no sleep. Attendent knocks on rooms all night asking people not to shower and if they do they must keep bathroom door closed to proven steam from hitting detector. You will not sleep here and neither will anyone else

Review 3：The shrill beeping sound at 4:28 in the morning, it must have been an alarm, and the conversation in the hallway right outside of our room or the loud couple having sex in the room next to ours.

Review 5：Room had a few issues. Toilet seat needed repair. Slight sewer gas smell from commode. We were told to keep bathroom door closed or it would set off smoke alarm. Exposed worn seam in carpet.

Review 7：room was in poor and un cleaned condition i was devastated when we got to our room i ask for a non smoking room smell of smoke when we got in ,blood stained carpets and black hairs in the bed along with a yellow stain on the sheet.. Neighbours were noisy telly on full blast to early hours of the morning and car alarm going of at 3 & 3.30 in the morning... we had no sleep and we lay on top of bed cause the bed sheets were not clean. Wi fi didnt work properly either

Review 9：we had several issues at this place .. after putting our stuff in the room we were leaving to go eat .. I reach to pull the door shut and the door handle comes off in my hand .. no ice the ice machine was broken .. no hair dryer in the room .. my son had to go purchase me a hair dryer .. I called the front desk to ask if there was one I could use only to have them call me back and tell me that they did not have one .. really? they have 300 something rooms in this place and not an extra hair dryer I can use for 10 minutes? Also .. the indoor pool is not a heated pool .. my son said it was freezing .. not happy at all with this place and definitely NOT worth the $82 I spent! Oh .. and the free breakfast was cold cereal!
Review 10：Room was dirty there were bullet holes in the door - which was broken and maintenance had to fix before we could close it and then it didn't lock. It was a non smoking hotel room and smelled of cigarettes. Absolutely disgusting

Review 17：It was cheap to stay there but the floors were dirty, the walls were paper thin, the feel of the place didn't seem sanitary, and there was basically no breakfast. If you just need a place to sleep then I say that this place is okay for the price. If you plan on taking comfort inside your then this is not your place. It is also a 20/ 25 minute ride from the Ruby Falls area.

Review 27：In general the property is very run down and dismal-- worn, stained carpets; vaguely unpleasant smells in the corridors; soundproofing almost non-existent. There was no standard-height table in my room, only an end table, so there was no actual workspace where I could put my laptop: this was very uncomfortable, as at the end of each of my three days there (I was traveling on business) I had to write up a report of that day's activity--sitting hunched forward, bending over the laptop trying to type. My back and neck are still feeling the consequences. Also there was no elevator, only stairs, to the second floor, which made bringing my luggage to and from my car more complicated and time consuming than it should have been. This situation wasn't helped by the fact that the stairs are steep and narrow.

Review 29：stairway and hall carpeting stained and worn. room had a negative odder and very worn and felt dirty, breakfast served, forget it. looked like two different box cereals poured into plastic dispensers and you could eat in the small unkempt lobby I think standing up. signage indicated was a former Days Inn and perhaps the current owners or management have no idea of hospitality expectations for the average traveler. need to stay someplace on the way back home from Florida and this won't be it. will pay $20.00 more for something decent.

Review 31：The room was very small, no table, toilet seat was loose, had to ask for toilet paper after the first day, parking lot was almost a hazard to drive through, carpet was dirty, key didn't work properly, door handle was loose, didn't make the bed one day at all, sheet didn't fit properly, top corner came undone and wouldn't go back on. The room was cheap, but not THAT cheap!

Review 33：The staff was very rude and the place was a dump, they charged my credit card before I ever checked in and told me it would take 2 weeks to get the money back. That was the only reason I stayed there

Review 39：The room was clean. The bed was pretty comfortable. The air was good and cold. The tub drained a little slow and the shampoo was terrible but overall the place was better than we expected. The indoor pool was nice. The breakfast could have been better. But again for the price it was a great deal.
Review 40：The room rate I was charged was not the same as the rate that was posted. The front desk clerk was rude. Room has no tissue. We had to go and buy towels because the ones in room was dirty. Floors very squeaky. As my husband and I was packing to check out we heard 1 knock them somons enters and it was front desk clerk she let her self in I yelled at her because my husband was undressed and she let her self in.. Bottom line people please do not stay here oh one last thing it seemed like a drug hotel all the traffic in and out but no one stayed

Review 44：It smelled when the air was on. They over charged us and it took away money from the trip. It took five days after the trip to get the money back. The building was needing repairs.

Review 49：The property could definitely use some repairs. The door knob/lock on my door was loose and moved. The shelf and clothes rack was missing a screw and was leaning. The bedside lamps were missing light bulbs. I also had a noisy neighbor that blared their TV all night long.

Review 53：The 1st thing I seen where. Entering the room and turned on the lights was a huge roach bug going across the bed. The sink was filthy and would not drain. The bathtub had to be rinsed out cause the hair still in it. The bed had hair all over it. Really nasty but stayed anyways cause we was grateful just to lay out head somewhere

Review 60：This place is in need of major repairs. The exterior is run down. Our room had major problems. The carpet was so stained. The bathroom had p_____ hairs congregated in the corner behind the door. Our first night when I turned on the shower, the whole bathroom was being showered. There was a leak in the shower head and it went everywhere. I had to wipe down the bathroom. We called the front desk and they came to replace the shower head. The second shower head was somewhat better but it still squirted out over the bathroom. There was a picture in the bathroom that had mold and mildew growing inside the glass. The plaster on the ceiling over the shower had all come off from the water being squirted on it. This was not a one time thing but had been going on for a long time according to the damage to the ceiling and the "gross stuff" growing inside the glass on the picture. The person who came to change the shower head did not seem real surprised by what was happening. The bed sheets did not fit the mattress very good. I would wake up and find I was laying on the mattress which grossed me out. We went to the lobby for their "breakfast" and there were 3 donuts, coffee, and juice. We passed and went elsewhere for breakfast. We made reservations for 2 nights and would have checked out after one but they have a sign in lobby stating no cancellations.
Review 61：said they had a heated indoor pool. it was not heated. it was ice cold. the stairs were nasty and stained. the lamp shades were falling off lamps. the bathroom was dirty. hair in bathtub. coffee stuff had been opened and left there for us to use. carpet was dirty in room. bedspread was torn and stained. we pulled it off the bed. sheets were scratchy. handles were missing off drawers in dresser. free breakfast consisted of mini donuts taken out of the vending machine and stale coffee. will never stay there again. can't believe Booking.com has this hotel on their site.

Review 64：We looked at the room before we decide to stay there because it looked rough. It was clean and comfortable. Rooms were small, but we just needed a place to sleep not move into and setup house keeping.
Review 65：Checked in 1.45am had 12.00 checkout, at 12.00 exactly a man beat on my door, after answering and telling him I would be right out, he kept yelling in a foreign language something about $10. After him beating on my door and the phone ringing off the hook, at 12.17 I went to lobby while being harassed by the man, I was forced to pay a $10 late checkout fee. The money isn't the problem.the problem was the harrasment.i told them I would come right to office and the would not stop yelling and beating on my door while my 12 yo son was afraid of the attack on our room.

Review 67：Floors were nasty...continential breakfast was chocolate donuts in a dirty container..employee pulled sugar packets out of his pocket to put on table for coffee...needs lots of mantinance on rooms..lamp shade in room falling apart with no light bulb..channel changer did not work tape over back to hold batteries in..microwave in room...did not work...water presure in sink so bad had to wash hands in bath tub...tried to call to confirm my reservation the person working the front could not speak English and could not help me..the message hanging in the office says...NO REUNDS...That was just one of the mistakes on it...I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN...I TOOK PICTURES TO BACK THIS REVIEW...

Review 69：Carpet Stunk. Ice Machine didn't work. Breakfast was mini chocolate donuts from the gas station out of the mini packs. Guy was putting them out without having on gloves. Not a good place for people with children. Fine for workers staying overnight. Nasty scary place.
Review 70：Continental breakfast consisted of coffee and stale little donuts (he literally opened up a little 6 pack from vending machine and put them out). Halls reeked of smoke. First room we were given also reeked of smoke even though told was non-smoking. Once moved was better but carpets badly stained, mattresses on bed had holes in them, and even though I could not see them I got several bad bug bites through the night. "Indoor heated pool" heated by temp of room. No maid service on Sunday even though we were not checking out until Monday. Only 2 towels in bathroom for 3 people. Requested extra towels next day and got 2 more. You can tell that this was one of the motels that was "dumped" by Days Inn because it needed a lot of work to bring up to standard so sold to whoever would buy it. The staff was nice enough but when I checked out no one came to desk at all so I just left the key on the counter.
