Review 1：The staff was rude, I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come down to check me in. The tub was clogged, there was only 1 set of towels. The beds were so hard, and nosey

Review 4：The facilities are superb and I'll be back there again. The place seemed spotless and extremely clean and well-kept. The location is extremely convenient. The security system and room access is excellent as well.

Review 7：I was told that with my checking in late the night Clerk would take care of me. I arrived after midnight and found that night Clerk was off-site. When I reached him he informed me he would be back in 20 minutes. Once checked in my room had no toilet paper siap or towels. There was some type of molding laying in tub (not sure from where). Upon check out there was no one at desk so I just left.

Review 9：I didnt like that they give you enough towels for one person one night. Also, they advertised free Internet and a phone which they DID NOT have. Besides the little stove I prefer a regular hotel like laquinta with breakfast plenty towels and dish network with movie channels and free Internet. Just my opinion. Thanks

Review 12：We enjoyed every minute of the privacy. But at an expensive cost. We basically needed a place to stay due to lack of housing. It was nice to have a hotel that looked and felt like a home.
Review 13：The price was $20 over the cost stated on booking.com and because I got there and dindnt check in before 12am it cancelled my stay and they were going to charge me for 2 nights at $78 each night even when I showed the person the price I seen for $56 a night he said there was nothing he could do and I wasn't going to pay for 2 nights especially for them false advertising and I was only going to be there for 6 hours so I left and found a more suitable place at the super 8
Review 14：I called the day before and received approval to check in early because I was traveling for business. The room was not ready when I arrived. After waiting 45 minutes I was given the ok to leave my luggage in the room while I left for my meeting. When I went to the room the toilet was broken. The maintenance man came and commented that the room was not supposed to be available for use. I requested a refund and left....I was late for my meeting.

Review 16：Hotel furnishings was sparse and you worry about your safety when you overhear receptionist and guy talking about attending KKK meetings. I'm deadly serious.

Review 20：I booked my reservations on the online.I had to call the hotel three times so they could fix my reservations. I booked two rooms. During the night, the light fixture cover fell off. The second room, the electricity breaker kept shutting off. We would reset it and once you plug in your phone it would shut off. The rooms are very dirty.The receptionist was very rude.
