Review 1：The only thing i didn't like is the water machine in the gym was empty and the toilet was dirty
Review 2：I loved how friendly and professional the staff was (i enteracted with 3 different staff members) the room and bedding was very clean (all except our toilet but not the part you sit on) but that was minor but everything else was perfect and satisfactory
Review 3：The location is four miles from the university and less than a 10 minute drive. Within a square mile there must be ten to fifteen great dining locations, twenty fast food locations, bars and shopping. The rooms appear to be very recently renovated with new carpet, paint, etc. It is an ideal location for a business traveler..... free wifi, clean, and more than reasonably priced.
Review 4：Office chair would not adjust upward enough for comfort working at small table (reason I checked out after one night instead of staying full five days). Wall outlets as difficult to get to as most other properties.
Review 5：Front desk staff courteous, friendly, and helpful. Laminate and tile flooring appear cleaner and healthier medium than carpet.
Review 6：A cookie was stuck to the top of the frig. Had been there so long couldn't pull it off thought it was part of the frig. Shower curtain had mold as well as handle on shower soap dish.

Review 18：Staff was very helpful, and carpet and furnishings looked new! Restaurants were walking distance away, with a nice variety, and the hotel is right off of the freeway.

Review 23：Our rooms were clean well beyond our expectations, especially for the price we paid, and the motel is well situated for easily getting around Augusta. Traffic noise was not an issue and there was no unseemly activity on the property. The desk clerks were friendly and helpful. Will stay again if ever in Augusta.

The young male took us to see the room due to the person I was traveling with wasn't pleased with the appearencev of the hotel. We asked if we could see the room first, the young male took us to the room, but seemed irritated. As we walked bck to the front desk, he walked way in front of us and didn't hold the door. Kinda rude!! However, the staff the next was more friendly. The breakfast could have offered more such as boiled eggs, bacon or suasage.

Review 30：The hotel is very nice and clean. Location is great. I highly recommend this hotel. Worth every penny! Excellent customer service, staff members go out of their way to make sure they meet your needs. They did have a washer and dryer service downstairs, I did my laundry while using the free computer inside the laundry room.
Review 31：Room looked a little tired.paint patches on wall didn't match color wise. There was a leak on the toilet.They told me that I had left the shower curtain out,not so,I checked found the leak myself between toilet/tank. Had to put up with water on bath room floor all weekend.

Review 38：I stayed in a double room with two other women. The room was small and there was only one vanity sink outside of the bathroom. The tub and bathroom floor was dirty. The beds were hard and the room looked like it had just been spackled but not repainted. There was a fly in the room that we could not find to kill. They offered breakfast but nothing hot such as eggs, bacon, waffles or fresh fruit. the coffee OJ was good. I am a AAA member but they did not honor the AAA discount or senior discount because I used booking.com which did not provide the option for additional discounts . I was at the Inn because I was attending a funeral and was unfamiliar with Augusta GA. I would not choose this hotel for vacation. The facility needs to be upgraded. If money is tight and you are not going to spend time in the room, then stay there.
Review 39：I liked the fact that they had hot water. The price per night was good. housekeeping was nice, so management for the most part. There was free Wi-Fi and a nice flat screen TV. The Inn is centrally located on Washington road.

Not fancy but very clean and comfortable and for the location and needs of someone wants a very very good place to relax and sleep and doesn't need all the fanciness of the known brand hotels... This is your place. I am a low maintenance guest as well and they were accommodating in helping me just exchange towels etc as needed. For 90 percent of the time, even during the day, it was quiet and you would never have any indication that you were on busy roads ... right at I 20 and Washington Road. Very close to some of Augusta's excellent restaurants as well... Another plus... this is a non smoking hotel!
Review 41：Not that I didn't like it but the carpet was a tad old so I walked around inmy flip flops! Also being that this hotel is right off the interstate there was some traffic noise but this was expected and not over whelming at all!
Review 42：Jenny at the front desk was exceptionally nice!!! I requested a lower floor due to heavy equipment that needed to be inside with me and she made sure that was what I had. The room was clean, did not smell of smoke, AC worked perfectly, beds were comfy and shower actually had water pressure worth using!!!!

Staf are friendly and helpful as preiviously reviewed byothers, and it is a convenient location, if by the usually busy Washington Road. My room was quiet and private enough. Gazebo outside is pleasant for relaxing in fresh air or enjoying a smoke.
