Review 1：Deluxe = no mini bar, no bathrobe, no slippers, no wifi,.. All a bit lolreally. They need to change their yack in booking.com

Review 3：Staff was very poor and let the hotel down, card machine would not work and they asked me to pay cash plus deposit, only 2 staff could speak any English. Sat in lobby for 5 minutes wait to get coffee in the end I went and asked 2 staff who were on their phones for cup of white coffee but as they could not speak English they did not know what I wanted.

Review 4：brand new bathroom but did not replace old sower over bath with decent shower. very low water pressure and no hot water. water luke warm. breakfast food was cold. car park full of cars and none reserved for house guests. large conferences happening.
