Review 1：The service at the bar was abysmal. The reception staff, though pleasant and helpful, were very slow. Reception was not manned on a 24 hr basis. The Sand flies living in the grounds were appalling and ruined our holiday. Every member of the family left after 6 days with literally hundreds of disfiguring blistered bites and pustules despite using insect repellent and after bite ointments.

Review 4：Staff was amazing - they really care about you, place - best ever: last hotel right on the beach, so no strangers passing in the yard. fantastic houses with all you can think about inside, wonderfull place, deliciuos and various food every night. Water activities just right in the yard. Hotel provides lots of activities and programs, supplies tools for water sports, even can order you car or even boat if you wish. Welcome drink, warm greetings, clean houses, ocean by the feet, clean beach and very very nice place - I would say best hotel in Praslin. Highly recomended!!! Will come back here definitely!!!

Review 5：Lots of activities and free equipment for snorkelling, paddle boarding, kayaking, sunset cruise... Staff were really helpful, informative and friendly. Food was really wonderful. Room was lovely. Really close to Curieuse and St Pierre islands and easy to organize trips to these islands (from nearby taxiboat service).

Review 16：very small pool reception staff unfriendly and slow. check in took us more than an hour. reception called us at 11pm the night before departure to ask if we wanted a wake up call (leaving the hotel at 4:30am) Lazy staff in general, order forgot several times at bar. Every bottle of water is charged at exhaustive price considering the amount consumed every day. Extremely slow staff, inefficient. Wouldn't recommend to a friend!
