Review 1：After making our reservations, we tried to contact the hotel to see about making arrangements for spa treatments. No one ever answered us. When we checked in (for one night), which took way too long, there was no information about spa treatments (which are supposedly a big attraction at this hotel) and the front desk employee checking us in did not have any information about them. His English was poor. In the room, all information was in Polish or German, but did not say how to make any arrangements. Indeed, there was no map or signage anywhere indicating where the spa facilities were. Consequently we did not even get to sit in the hot tub, let alone use any of the other facilities there. Breakfast was included, and was comprehensive, but we could not sit down until someone else got up. This place is obviously targeted at elderly Polish and German people, who come here for days at a time. Anyone under about 70 won't feel comfortable here.

Review 2：The hotel was well kept up and the beds were very comfortable. The room was spacious. It was within walking distance of the beach.

Review 3：Just a couple of small remarks: - It would be nice if rooms were provided with those small shower gel and shampoo bottles, instead of just liquid soap. - Parking is definitely undersized with respect to the hosting capability.

Review 13：The breakfast was a little chaotic, with too many guests at the same time. Only a minor problem, but I would prefer a double bed instead of two singles put together.

Review 14：This is a nice hotel in a nice town. The location is good, close to the railway station and a few blocks from the beach. The room was big and everything seemed quite new. The breakfast was also good.

Review 15：foot bath at entrance to pool was not maintained, allowing access to pool area with street shoes.
