Review 1：The shower cum toilet area was very small. Only found out when departing that the bottle opener for the free spring water was hanging in there!

Review 2：Staff at reception most professional and helpful. The room was modern & restful. Security to the upper floors via the lift was only with a room card which is an excellent idea. Being in Sweden the price was good value. Very pleased with our booking.

Review 8：In the heart of Umea a very clean and comfortable hotel, never mind the somehow wired layout, the rooms are comfortable and clean! Friendly staff and really good breakfast! The right choice to have a propper treat for a weekend in town!

Review 81：Good breakfast and after all the troubles we encountered we got a freeupgrade from the troublesome superior room to a suite with jacuzzi.Hotel personnel is friendly and helpful. Hotel is a few minutes from the(small) centre of Umea, which is under heavy construction.

Review 84：We had stayed in the Aveny last year at the same time and found itcentral to the Umea football Festival that our son was taking part inthis year 2012. The staff were most helpful and organised a taxi to takeus to the airport on our homeward journey. The buffet breakfast waslovely and there was a wide range of choices to accommodate all tastes.
