Review 1：Beetle walking across my pillow and no breakfast included. In all fairness the beetle may have come in with opening door to bring stuff in. It was cold outside and a beetle is no particular worry.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice, clean room with a great location. The restaurant that is attached to the hotel is great as well! Definitely staying here again when I come through Chattanooga again.

Review 7：We stopped for just a place to sleep. We did have a late night snack from teh 24 hour diner which was nice though not very quick. The room was clean and comfortable. We just needed a place to get some sleep for a long drive. Worked out perfect for us.

Review 9：We loved our stay at the Best Western Heritage Inn. We especially loved the convenience of walking out of our room (128) and a few steps away we were at the City Cafe Diner. While there we ate 3 different times, delicious each and everyone of them.

Review 10：Just one thing comes to mind and was more of a gee gel when I saw it. The bathroom door rub on the toilet bowl end you open the door. The toilet was not seated back against the wall causing this small flaw (no interference with the door).

Review 11：The desk clerk was very nice and friendly. She remember which room we were in. The Hotel was a straight shot into downtown. This was good for I was there to check out Ironman Chattanooga at the last minute and the downtown hotels sold out or asking WAY more then I thought they were worth for one night.

Review 32：This is more like a motel. The room was clean but I felt uncomfortable taking my shoes off because the carpet was questionable. The carpet in our room was soaked all around the air conditioner. Not the staffs fault if they didn't know. I turned the air conditioner off so it wouldn't leak more and reported it before we left.

Review 33：We were only staying one night while on our way to the coast. This was right off the highway so was convenient. We were told by staff that the restaurant adjacent to the hotel is great but we had already eaten. I talked to 3 different front desk clerks and they were all very nice.

Review 34：We chose this hotel while on a road trip and like it so much that we planned our return trip to stop there on the way back home. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was convenient, and overall it was an excellent value. We'll be back again.

Review 35：No restaurants or fast food at this exit. All ice machines were "down". Customers tend to be truckers with their tractors and refrigerated trailers noisily running right outside in the parking lot all night.

We Could have stayed atthe Chattanooga choo choo hotel for less and a better room. Verydisappointed!!!! Not a good time at all. We actually left the next dayn drove back to nashville, tn instead staying the 2 full days, it wasthat bad!!!!!
