Review 6：First i want to thank the owner , who is an adorable woman , who works with passion and interest . Her weak English is in fact very funny , we had fun with our communication ; she is super motivated , helpful , smiles all the time , and gives you amazing tips and help . The location is perfect for an unforgetable ride by bicyle around the Lake ! Breakfast is perfect , as long as the quality of the food they offer , for lunch and diner , the pool is perfect and the water is super clean . My room was very clean , big , Restrooms have everything you need and super clean . I really enjoyed my stay there

Review 10：Staff. I reserved 2 rooms, one for me and my wife and one for my children. When I try to check in they did not allow my children. I told them to cancell or give me the room. They refused to cancell or let my children in.

Review 12：This is a family owned business. The owner, Nilufer, is a great host and very friendly. If you like to have a rest and peaceful holiday, go for it. It is a small and hommy hotel. It is super clean. I definetely suggest sapanca 105.

Review 14：The couple that runs the hotel is fantastic. They do everything to you to please you. The breakfast was good with lots of turkish stuff. The garden whit the pool is really relaxing.

Review 33：I especially liked the silent and peaceful atmosphere. We also appreciated the fact that minimum contact with thé owners themselves as well as with other guests was ensured. No distruption... No crying babies. Good kitchen service. Ample parking place. Easy to locate.

Review 35：Hotel is very nice, new, clean. Owners are great! They are very helpful. They are constantly thinking about how to make customers happy. Breakfast is not open buffet, which makes it better. You can take your tea& coffee in the lobby, free of charge. We were upgrated the second day of our stay, and the room was very nice, with a big terrace. I am sure it will be much enjoyable in summer time.
