Review 2：We were upgraded on arrival .. provided free transport to bus station upon departure (not part of defined service) .. great breakfast .. highly recommended

Review 4：The staff are lovely. Upgraded to a better room upon arrival and given complimentary drinks.Nice, clean pool. Lovely room with a great shower. Ample parking.

Review 7：I gave a review after my stay here last week and was a little harsh re value for money. It is cheap by western standards and on a par with similar larger hotels in Udon. There are very good cheaper ones there too though. Against competitors it's good value with Booking.com discounts. Staff are awesome.

Review 8：Building has a 'institution' feel with bare floors and a lack of 'extras' such as shampoo, toothbrush, etc. (which are provided by many hotels charging 35% the price of Paradise)

Review 10：Too few electrical sockets in room meant I had to borrow an multi socket board from reception. I got a discounted price through Booking.com but still thought it was overpriced compared to other hotels in Udon. The advertised rates in the foyer are even more expensive.

Review 12：Pillows are too big and stuffed to comfortably rest your head on for sleeping. I sleep on my back, so I ended up having to use a couple of bath towels to fall asleep.

Review 47：Despite getting confirmation of special request, this was not carried out until we complained The initial room was nice but on 3rd floor... however the pool room was lacking in taste, was dated, there were water marks on the ceiling where there had been a leak The bathroom was totally plain... The area around the swimming pool was well planned but not used by anyone...

Review 66：One of the nicest and cleanest hotels in close proximity to Central Plaza. One lane way away from the heart of Udon Thani, food is excellent and the staff are wonderful. Only down side is the Thai Counter staff at reception - have limited to no English skills. Having stayed their multpile times now, it can be a little frustrating communicating basi requests. But that are all lovely and happy to help.
