Review 1：Not enough soap and only 1 tube shampoo and conditioner.

Review 2：beds were comfortable and room was equipped well with cutlery, microwave and free wi-fi. Restaurant meal menu was limited but was freshly cooked and very enjoyable after a long day's drive.

Review 5：Its a bit far from anything locally. Too far for kids to walk to town. Misleading address - fooled both us and the Sat Nav. Is actually South of the Taree Bridge. We had 2 rooms booked (with 2 adults and 4 teens), but ended up with 2 rooms 50 metres apart on a wet night. The cheaper room was very unmodern. We all (in both rooms) had multiple flea bites in the morning. Having said that I looked hard and found only one flea on the floor. But they weren't mozzie bites!

Review 7：Unfortunately the wifi didn't reach my room at the end of the complex but if I walked up the path towards the office there was no problem. This wasn't an issue as I had data anyway.

Review 8：There's parking right outside each unit and no stairs so carrying luggage into the room is a breeze. Lots of room inside and wide open spaces outside with plenty of fresh air. The proprietors were very helpful and were always around if I needed anything. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Review 10：The setting was lovely - large yard, quiet, nice pool/bbq area. It was walking distance to river and town (over bridge). We had simple but tasty, good quality meals from the restaurant, just what was needed after lots of "fast food".

Review 11：The shower and toilet did not have vent so the smell came into the room. I booked 2 rooms next to each other, the door for 1 room was not working properly. I have spent time in better places for the same price.

Review 21：The motel advertises they have hair dryers, Foxtel/satelite TV, free WiFi and DVD players in the rooms - they do not. We booked (and paid extra for) a 'deluxe' queen room which was supposedly a renovated room - the room may have been painted and have new bed coverlets but the bathroom had not been renovated and there was only a single bedside lamp. Whilst showering, the water ran cold than scalding hot because staff were using the industrial washing machine in the motel laundry.

Review 22：Location suited our requirements as we did not want to stay in the centre of town. Nice grounds with motel set back from the highway so not too much road noise. Late check in (24 hour reception) was available.

Review 29：They were out of touch with my needs. The dish I wanted for dinner wasn't available after they said it was. I ordered steak and salad and was given luke warm almost raw vegetables. I ordered breakfast to my room at 8.30 am and it was brought at 7.30 pm. The bed was very hard.

The owners woke us up at 6 in the morning talking that loudly then when we asked them to tone it down cause we had a newborn sleeping we got told to leave if we didn't like it! No coffee making facilities no cups no jug

Review 43：Upon arriving, we were given a deluxe room where nothing electrical worked. Then changed to another room, no hair dryer, plastic shower curtain which made the tiled floor slippery and dangerous, vanity cracked and stained, generally very poor condition, although bedding was clean and fresh. Also dining room closed, chef on holidays during peak season??? A long walk to a take-away as we had no car at the time. Would not recommend.

With the grassy open spaces & shady grove of trees, this would be a great place for families to enjoy.

Review 55：This was a very relaxing place to stay. I loved the tables outside the room and a swing for the kids, my kids loved the chickens and going to see the cows. Close to the beach and shops, but quiet. Older style rooms but that's perfectly fine for a young family.

The bedcover on main bed had stains from previous customers and that was bit off putting-but sheets and towels were lovely and fresh.Only spare blanket for large bed nothing for single bed.
