Review 2：The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, and helped arrange things like my bus ticket to Pai and a private taxi to visit a friend outside Chiang Mai. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The location is very convenient too.

Review 9：Staff were so great. Let us check in early and out late. Safetly stored our packs until late. Very clean and comfortable. Like with all busy cities there will be some road noise. No breakfast avaliable but many good places close by.

Comfortable bed, big bathroom, flat screen TV with English movies, very fast internet, big fridge...also air-con is working very well and location is very good, near everything but still quiet because guesthouse is located in little corner of the small street. Also room is very clean and made every single day. It is great value for the money. It's definitely one of the best guesthouses in Chiang Mai.

Review 45：The staff was welcoming and answered every small question that we had with a smile. If I was the staff, I would have been irritated, but she was so welcoming and friendly. We stayed in room 6 which is on the 3rd floor. Upon reading the reviews, people complained about climbing 3 flights of stairs. However the stairs were not bad at all. Upon arrival, we were immediately checked in and the staff helped carried my bag up the stairs and showed us our room. We have 2 balconies. One of the balconies have a double glass door and a screen door eliminating the street noises. The other blacony has a regular door which we can hear the noises from the nearby bar. This wasn't that big of a deal because it wasn't extremely loud. The location is incredibly awesome! We are a couple that likes to experience a lot of night markets. We were walking distance to all night markets (bazzar, Saturday, and Sunday night markets). If we were to ever visit again, we will most definitely return here.

Review 48：It takes about 7-10 minutes to walk to Tapae gate. Really noisy....not only the bar nearby, but also the traffic noise. Bed is soft for me since I have waist problem. But I stayed in 3 hotels in Thailand and it seems like all the beds are too soft.

Review 121：I loved the hotel. From the time I arrived I was looked after by the lady owner of the hotel who told me of the best places to eat and the young man who carried my bags up to my room. I couldn't have been happier staying at the hotel. It is close to everything. The room was huge and the air conditioning worked really well. There was hot water on my floor continuously.
