Review 1：Staff was very rude and Would not do anything to accommodate. Internet was terrible kept going out of service.

Review 3：The entrance is quite modest, but the location is central, however, witha car not simple to find. Parking is very convenient. The room on the 13floor (132) was much better than other ones, with a nice view as well.The price is somewhat high. The panoramic restaurant Picasso in theadjacent tower of the shopping center is excellent (16 th floor with agood view as well).

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult.
