Review 2：strong 5 stars, very helpful staff from what we needed for our baby to the tie I needed for the wedding of my brother in law (they had it in less than 10 minutes) - they improved service much since our last stay. vast choice for breakfast buffet

Review 6：Large, modern, new hotel with all you'd expect from a 5* hotel. Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. Nice spa area with 2 pools (including a sport pool with swimming lanes) and jacuzzi. We had a large room with a sofa and which would fit a baby bed so comfortable for families travelling with 2 kids.

Review 25：Horrible receptionist sitting talking on phone forever before she stopped and finally allowed us to check in. We reserved a large bed and she put us in a room with 2 tiny twin beds. When asked to move us she said it was impossible and would send staff up to turn it into one large bed. We had to sit around and wait for this and it was late and we wanted to go have dinner. When you come off elevator there are no signs directing you to your room (on 4th Fl) so you have to walk all the way down one hall or another until you find your room - ridiculous. Big fancy SPA hotel but do not know how to treat guests. Doesn't deserve 5 stars. Go to dinner at La Maison in the hotel across the street -excellent. They claim they are in the center but when doing my run it was more than a mile to get to it.

Review 27：- spa treatments are overpriced; 40e for a delux spa pedicure, which was nothing but a scub & cream, no nail color, no massage - there was a construction going on in the basement of the hotel, so all the relaxing treatments were acompanied by the noise of drills&hammers... - view from the balcony... - staff at the reception was very professional but a bit frigid, a smile every now and then wouldnt hurt them - very few english channels on tv - prices in the minibar... lol

Review 28：- breakfast!!! original polish food, delicious, fresh, local fruits, one of the biggest advantages of the hotel - close to the beach - very clean, modern rooms - all requests for extra baby stuff were fulfilled - very polite and friendly staff in the restaurant - lots of options for little kids; - swimming pool!!! - despite the minuses, I would recommend the hotel and consider staying there again
