But what we made this small hotel really different was the helpfulness and friendliness of the owner/manager and the rest of the staff (especially Rita) and the fabulous breakfasts, definitely above the average breakfast at Turkish hotels. We thoroughly recommend this place.

Review 21：We were sad to leave Nur Hotel after 6 nights we got to know the staff & the village of Kas. The room we had was 501, & it had an outstanding view, great balcony, with sun beds, comfortable king bed plus a lovely bathroom with great shower. Ibrahim gave us excellent recommendations for Kas dining and Haman & Rita was a delight.

Review 29：Great Place, with a suberb view, close to the beach with free sunbeds and umbrella. The People working there helped us with all that we needed, transport to the airport, shower late afternoon, recommendations, free towels to the beach etc.

Review 30：Sadly we could only stay for one night but because we were made to feel so very welcome we felt we had longer.The Nur Hotel for us was sheer bliss. Helpful staff, particularly Rita whose hospitality skills are without doubt the best we have encountered in many years. The breakfast was simply wonderful. The dinner recommendation was top notch, best meal I've had in turkey. The hotel has a good level of luxury for price and is located straight in front of the best swimming platforms/ beach. Definitely a highlight of our trip to Turkey. A big thank you to the staff for making us welcome and at home.

Review 38：No cover on balcony to protect against sun during the day. Lift could be noisy (right beside rooms) but wasnt used too much. 'Reception' is on street level, it was very casual, as was the staff (shorts/teeshirt) but was fine once you got used to it and liked the friendliness of the place.

Review 39：Loved the view from the front spa-room on top floor. Plenty of space and a lovely balcony where we sat at night (too hot during the day). The front one had a great view of the bay, down to the pool and across to the swimming platforms. Breakfast was very good and had by the pool. Parking right out front on street, which 24 hr staff kept an eye on. Best location in Kas!

Not just the normal turkish breakfast, but they also took into account what their foreign customers might want and the spread was impressive. Located righ on kucuk cakil beach and easy access to water. Overall am amazing hotel... highly recommend if you are going to stay in Kaş.

Review 42：The beds were a little on the hard side and the frosted glass in the doors mean the room is lit up at night if people from other rooms pass in the hall. Minor complaints!

Review 64：We booked the suite with sea view and bathtub to have some romance. Unfortunately we couldn't have the comfort we expected due to serious isolation problem. You can even hear the plastic bottle opening in the next room. I don't even mention the elevator running 24 hours; which was practically living in our room! The hot water starts running after 15 minutes waiting ( but when we mentioned that, the hotel employee said give us a call when you want to have a shower and we run the engine ?!? ). I cannot comment on the other rooms but for the suite it definitely doesn't worth the money you pay.

Review 70：A major negative can be disturbed sleep. Doors to the rooms are not sound-proof and they have a panel of frosted glass and noisy locks which often are difficult to operate and therefore which have to be repeatedly rattled. Thus when guests in a neighbouring room return at 2am maybe, the automatic lights come on and one's room becomes filled with light, returning guests are laughing and chattering and there is a clattering of door-locks. This can be repeated as other guests return. On our last night a male staffer was a chief offender as he socialised with guests or friends and for good measure he turned the main lights on for half an hour or so, vividly lighting our room. Also the walls are not sound-proof enough to stop one hearing the couple in the next room having an argument - and through the ceiling one can hear a child playing with marbles. The mattress was hard too, so that didn't help the sleep issue. There is no safe in the room. We found it unusual that our passports were retained by management (in an insecure drawer) until after the bill was paid. And that we were "encouraged" to pay early with cash. In our view, the negatives far outweigh the positives.

Review 71：The position is OK ,with a 5 minute walk over a hill to the centre. Our room was one with a good sea view. Breakfasts are of very good quality and some items vary daily. The housekeeping is good. Full marks to the women involved in this side of things.

Review 82：The Nur Hotel is a very well designed hotel. It is in an ideal location for the beach and five minutes walk to the square in Kas. The hotel manager is veryhelpful and looks after his guests very well. We stayed in a room for four and were surprised by how much space we had. The standards of cleanliness were very high and breakfasts were good - plenty of choice. Overall, a great place to stay if you are going to Kas for the first time - somewhere to chill and relax

Review 88：i have been to Kaş for many times before but this was by far the best hotel i have ever stayed there. We stayed there for 3 days at a 3-person room with a sea-view. Hotel's location is perfect for Kaş holiday. it is at Küçükçakıl beach where there are many hotels. it is just 3 minutes walk away from the Kaş centre but still quiet. The rooms are very clean and well decorated. there are lcd tv's and the quality of the broadcast was perfect. it has its own beach and they provide free beach towels. the breakfast is served next to the hotel's pool. the breakfast is more than adequate. for those coming by their cars, there is free parking lot in front of the hotel. the personnel had a good attitude to the visitor. i recommend the rooms starting from the third floor for better sea view.

Review 94：The hotel seems to have some technıcal dıffıcultıes-when I arrıved,I couldn´t flush my toılet,whıch however was ımmedıately fıxed by the staff.In the evenıng my doorlock jammed so I was locked ın,and nothıng could be done about the lock for the moment,precıpıtatıng a rescue by means of two adjoınıng balconıes-ınvolvıng balancıng on flowerpots,and entry ınto occupıed terrıtory (where I was happy the ınhabıtants were out)-to a spare room.Durıng thıs procedure the staff attendant was very attentıve and helpful wıth the luggage.The lock could not be fıxed untıl the next day.Apparently the bolt was broken,whıch could eıther be because ıt was defect(securıty?)or that I had twısted ıt a bıt heavenhandedly.

Review 95：It´s a fresh place wıth a plaın and functıonal ınvıtıng room desıgn.Outlook ıs superb.-The happenıngs descrıbed below left a rather exhılaratıng feelıng afterwards partly due to the youthful enthusıasm( I am 64) of the staff durıng the transportatıon procedure on the facade of the house..

Review 96：The place was impeccably clean and the staff went far beyond the call.When we needed to catch a very early bus out of town, we came downstairsto find that Erhan had made a bag of sandwiches for us, two espressos,called a taxi, and even called ahead to make sure the bus didn'tleave! Then he ran upstairs and carried all our bags down. Amazing.
