Review 1：It's definitely not 5 star hotel-lines for breakfast, not enough space in pool area, internet code that has to be changed each day...i could go on and on. And once we asked for quiet room, we got the one just above entrance...

Review 2：Breakfast place is very, very busy! Sometimes your food diappears too quckly form your table! They try to clean it before you finish breakfast! Noise in the next door room was quickly resolved by security! I consider it more of a plus than a minus.

Review 5：We paid 4000zloty for 7 days and we were very disappointed of this hotel > on arrival no parking space provided and no other parking space available. We parked our car on the street and received ticket. For 5stars hotel it is really shame you don't have car park for your guests. The other problem was tv channels > it was only one polish channel for kids and not working for our all stay in Hotel. There was 4-5 german channels for kids but as far as I understand Kolberg is still in Poland or maybe it is now part of German Reich and all people have to speak german language ? Breakfast was very good and we have no complain but lunch was very poor and after lunch you can't get coffe or tee free of charge > another rip off !!! Swimming pool to small for so many people and sauna you have to book in advance > no outdoor pool for kids as well. You charge for renting bikes 12zloty per hour > next door hotel is half the price > I know you want to make as much as you can but it is not the way you treat people who pay 600zl per night. We left on Friday but paid for Saturday and no discount was given > it is typical polish hospitality ? You should take some stars from your hotel as it is not 5stars hotel to me > pls go to Mera Spa hotel in Sopot to see how it is supposed to look and what means good service for guests !!! Waste of money and no good memory !

Review 8：Staff does not speak English at all, we were not welcomed at arrival, reception desk manager couldn't even tell us the sum we had to pay in English, they give answers in broken German if asked in English, these people are not trained as one would assume to expect in five star places, had to pay for garage, rooms did not get cleaned in the afternoon when occupied during housekeeping check up in the morning, we couldn't charge items on the room because 'we haven't opened the bill', however booked through booking.com and they had our credit card number, physical decay of building visible however building fairly new. Conclusion: as we used to stay frequently in four or five star hotels in Poland in the past, we know what five star standard is in this country. Marine hotel is four star at best. Don't go there when in Kolobrzeg, go instead to hotel Aquarius which is close by if you can stand to walk 150m to the beach. You won't regret it! Marine is a bad rip off.

Review 21：We stayed for two nights at the Marine Hotel in July 2014. This is a five star hotel, and then of course the expectations are high. Most of the experiences are very good at this hotel. However, we had difficulty obtaining information via the website, it did not work when we wanted English or German language. Among other things, we wanted the spa menu in English or German, this did not work out. At the check in the receptionist was correct and professional, but we discovered that there is a lack of kindness in the reception. The room we choosed was a De Luxe room on the 6th floor and it was absolutely fantastic. Great views all amenities (but no opportunity for making coffee and tea, very sad) and fun room solution with the bed in a separate floor. Wave sounds in the bathroom was also special and fun! We wanted extra pillows and called the front desk for this early in the evening. At 11 p.m. the pillows had not arrived, and the front desk could tell that the pillows were about to be picked up at another hotel but they did not know how many, if any, pillows that would arrive. No extra pillows arrived at our room. This may not be a five star hotel standard.... The spa area was visited for massage twice and pedicures once. Here, the staff was professional and accurate, but with one exception they lacked friendliness here too. The restaurant is the hotel's absolute flagship. The buffet for lunch and dinner is absolutely fantastic. We also had an A la-cart menu one of the evenings with superb food and wine. One of the best wines at our vacation was found here! The service in the restaurant is overwhelming, special credit goes to Bartosz, who kindly guided us through the various dishes and showed great care throughout your stay. A visit to the hotel's cafe on the 6th floor is a must during your stay. Here they serve really good cakes - and we are picky! The view from here is amazing.

Review 42：Every thing about the Marine Hotel is excellent, I was on business trip but would love to go back with my family for a break during the summer months. The staff are very helpful, the facilities good and the location I am sure in the summer is ideal beside the beach.

Review 43：Very bad service, maid service after several calls to the hotel. At the entrance there was no towels, soap, toilet paper. The food in the restaurant a la carte is not tasty, very long time preparing. The unusual design of one of the bedrooms - the glass doors in the living room. Very little parking.Do not have a beach, sun beds should carry most of the hotel, do not give out beach towels.

Review 45：-The door to the bathroom was from glass and with a 5cm gap so evereybody can see in, so if you want some privacy on the toilet this is not the place to stay - We reserved secure parking in advance and got it confirmed by email, but when we arrived they did not have availible places. This created a big problem as we had a lot of valuables in our car.

After room cleaning always something missing: towels, soap, you name it -3-4 disturbances of staff into your room each day! Desk staff absolutely clueless young and arrogant. No CNN or BBC, no phone connection to the US!!! No business center as advertised but an old laptop available sometimes after 2 days of wait. Very small pool for the number of guests. Bad "private beach" service. This hotel has obviously given the 5 stars to itself! I would rate it 4 stars thanks to the great design and location but service can not be rated more than 3.5 stars!

Review 49：The only drawback was our room was over the front parking lot where the was a lot of noise during the night due to the nightclub below. We closed the windows and it was quiet but we really wanted the fresh air.
